They were also really fair when it came to the deposit at the end of the tenancy and understood that there is general wear and tear when living there (unlike some estate agents that charge for unnecessary things). Thank you!

3rd Apr 2024 (9 weeks ago)I have just bought a house through Lovetts in Leamington Spa. I rarely write reviews but I wanted to acknowledge that Jas Bagri and Ryan Kros were great. They went over and above with what was at times a difficult process with the vendor. Always positive and patient and very communicative. I could not recommend them more highly!
30th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)We cannot recommend Colebrook Seccombes highly enough. Having purchased a property through them last year we did not hesitate to think of using them to sell our house this year. Andrew and his team are possibly the most professional estate agents my husband and I have ever used (and we have used a lot!). Andrew's communication throughout each process was fantastic, always there to lend advice or to listen to stressed clients have a moan! Without doubt, they will be our first choice of estate agents should we need one in the future.
1st Sep 2023 (9 mo. ago)Viewings were only accepted from clients in a procedable position, which did reduce the number of viewings overall but focussed them to those whom had serious intensions concerning our property. Where Peter Clarke's experience really helped was conducting negotiations with potential buyers whom were a little difficult to deal with.

Stuart kept me informed at all times via email & phone & was very helpful & supportive. Unfortunately my 1st sale fell through but Stuart arranged viewings straight away & I got another buyer within a week. Very professional company. I would definitely recommend them.

Paul Petticrew took the time to, publish professional photos and videos of our house and handled all viewings and provided regular feedback. Superb!!

18th Mar 2024 (11 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

The agents I spoke to, as they were about to show people round, John and another lady, were delightful to chat with. The listing was efficient and rapid, very accurate drawings and description. I felt that the team knew us, cared about our sale. I felt that they were particularly trustworthy. Its clear they also cared about the buyers. Margetts have a very distinctive personality, I would definitely use Margetts again, and would recommend to anyone in and around Warwick.
