My entire experience dealing with Petty Son has been a true pleasure, from discussing the property marketing to agreeing the sale of my property. Both Cathrine and Greg from the Sales team have been extremely professional and helpful, that we had no doubt that we could place our trust in them. During the inactive market times, the waiting time to agree to a sale can be daunting, but the timely communication from Petty Son really ensured that everything is under control and was being progressed to our expectation. I am extremely pleased that Petty Son found me the perfect buyer and have done a great job to follow through as the sales progress. If you are looking for a professional estate agent in this area, I have no hesitation to recommend Catherine and Greg as well as the Petty Son team!

21st May 2024 (10 days ago)While I have observed many positive reviews, particularly about the property viewing and acquisition process, which I can affirm were excellent—Rokeah was incredibly helpful and efficient in securing my rented property two years ago—my subsequent experiences have been considerably less satisfactory. During my two-year tenancy, I encountered numerous issues, including leaks, pest infestations, and problems with both the bathroom and kitchen. Unfortunately, the agency's response to these issues was consistently delayed. It typically took 3-4 weeks to receive a response to my emails, and even longer for any action to be taken to resolve the problems. Upon checking out of the flat, we, the tenants, had to proactively seek information regarding the exit process, including the return of keys, inspection for damages, and our move-out timeline. This lack of proactive communication caused unnecessary last-minute stress. Additionally, we had to insistently request the return of our deposit. Louise initially informed us that it would take 10 days, but provided no further details. It was only after contacting Rokeah that we were informed about the necessity of filling out the DPS information to receive our deposit back, highlighting a significant communication gap within the team. Lastly, Dillon's work ethic fluctuates from being inconsistent and difficult to reach, to being extremely helpful when he does respond. On the other hand, Louise's behaviour is extremely unprofessional. When confronted about an error in the total deposit amount, her response was rude, defensive and passive-aggressive. Such behavior is unacceptable, particularly when the mistake was on her end. This attitude wasn’t the first instance throughout the second year of our tenancy. Dimensions Estates is equivalent to the self-service checkout of estate agents. I highly do not recommend if you’re looking for a smooth and helpful renting process.

11th May 2024 (20 days ago)They were definitely super optimistic about the valuation — we only got a single offer in 5 months. The offer was £50k below the original asking price, and £25k below the price we eventually reduced to. Communication was reasonably quick and Katrina was good to work with. They handled viewings quickly and efficiently - no problems there. They seemed to know a lot about my exact development; I think a lot of people just bought these new builds at ridiculous prices which have now come back to Earth. Not sure I can blame Bairstow Eves for that, but I feel like they could’ve known this when they fought for my business.

1st Aug 2022 (1 year ago)Absolutely poor. Most of their listings are not even real, they were rented ages ago but still online so people can waste their time. The guy who answered my call sounded like he was 10 feet under water, couldn’t hear anything properly. If you look at most of their reviews, they’re from bot accounts with 1 review praising two of their supposed salesmen. Avoid!

They gave a house to someone even I am ready to pay the deposit . Worst communication. They should give a proper communication. Then only they can keep the peoples.

22nd Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)Saylan and the team at Stonebridge were an absolute pleasure to work with when selling my flat. I'd had bad experiences with some of the larger agencies so I moved to Stonebridge because I'd heard such good things about them. They are very personable and create an approach to sales that is bespoke to your property - really getting to know the unique things about it that will appeal to buyers and help sell it - and constantly keep you updated throughout the process. Saylan was a real professional and constantly came up with initiatives that would work in the current climate. They achieved success where the bigger agents did not, and I'm 100% sure it was because they put the time in to make it personal without any of the jargon and take pride in doing a good job for you. I would highly recommend Saylan and the team!

7th May 2024 (24 days ago)Absolutely terrible service. After 10+ years of renting with them, the last 5 years went in trying to get our property back. Breached GDPR - would not let us have our own file after SAR (reported to ICO). The tenants have destroyed our property and Easymove passing it as "normal wear and tear" pics attached to show otherwise. They failed to inspect the property from time to time to avoid the damage and allowed more than 11 people live in a 3 bedroom house without authority which we found out when we visited the property during the eviction period. I am very disappointed with the service and knowledge of laws governing letting by the agents working at this company.

Panay was great in terms of liaising with all parties involved and handling enquiries in an efficient manner. He represented himself professionally and is a credit to Highcastle Eststes. I am over the moon as my completion date is the 15th March 2024. I can not wait to pick up the keys to my new property and meet the team at the Goodmayes Branch. In particular, the manager Anita Jethva provided an exceptional level of customer service, which gave me the peace of mind needed whilst renting my property. I would highly recommend Anisten Homes as a Letting and Selling Agent.

What struck me the most about the service was something that is extremely rare to find in estate agents; they operate with integrity, openness and honesty.
