16th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)Was a tenant with Homefinders for over 2.5 years. Throughout this time the service I received was very professional, always on time and showing a high level of customer care. Worth mentioning Yasemin, who as my property manager did everything incredibly efficiently during my check out process, including the administrative paperwork, last property checks and returning my deposit in full.

24th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Terrible estate agents put us through hell for nearly a year couldn't be bothered to do anything didn't wanna fix any problems me my 3 year old daughter and partner got moved to harlow by hackney council so woodlands was our estate agents if anything needed repairs they was meant to sort it we had no hot water or heating for nearly a year kept complaining nothing got done we had to sleep in the living room as the whole house was covered in mould and our clothes washing machine floor cooker my daughter's toys everything was ruined they told us to clean it ourselves my 3 year old now has asthma she was healthy before we moved their I had carbon monoxide poisoning due to the sever smell of mould environmental health found over 28 hazards and shut the place down only a week before we had to move due to the property being shut down they put a new boiler in after waiting nearly a year they lie they are disrespectful and rude Please if you have a property from woodlands screen emails messages take pictures because that's what we did from the day we moved in they called us liers but we had all the evidence now solicitors and environmental health are involved

Not only speaking from the tenant perspective but as a professional person I can quickly pick up on the service that the agents provides. In my case,Ive been working with Cameron Adams for almost 4 years. Not only they are very responsive, deals with the maintenance very promptly ,understanding,kind and caring ,but always takes your personal issues into consideration before any decision is made. It is rare to find managing agents like Cameron Adams that truly cares for the people and not only the money. Humble and with great morals. They are always there to support not only the landlords but also the tenants. The way they treat their customers is extraordinary. With a such a sensitivity, empathy and understanding that makes you feel being that part of their family. I feel lucky to be their tenant. It is extremely hard part to take when two sides of opinions does not align . It is never easy to be a middle person wanting both parties to be happy. But when you are led by compassion,love and integrity every problem seems to be resolved in the most beautiful way and this is what Cameron Adams does . Uniquely delivering best service possible . 1st Mar 2024 (11 weeks ago)Veronika and Leanne couldn’t have been more helpful with a stressful move. Despite having to deal with differing timezones it was an incredibly smooth and seamless process. They were both accommodating and flexible and I ended up with a great flat. Available to answer any questions and even post-move, have made it clear they’re on hand to help. 10/10 service.
Estate agents get a hard time but Nigel and his team have worked hard to make sure they offer a service and standard that removes any concerns. They are honest, they go the extra mile with great advice and services like home staging and their fixed fees mean you know exactly where you are on charges. Don't sell your house without at least speaking to Nigel first.

13th Mar 2024 (10 weeks ago)444 helped us with our first home in London ( Startford). We lived in that house for 2 years. Move in and move out process was very smooth. Any issues reported were fixed very promptly. Kaizer and Maryam are very professional and approachable. Andy and Molly helped us navigate the process of buying for the first time and were professional, friendly and helpful throughout. We couldn't recommend HS Estates anymore, thank you for helping us find our beautiful home!

Ian and the team at Michael Steven are nothing but true professionals that go above and beyond to ensure that not only is your house sale safe with them, but you have full communication throughout your journey. Moving home as we all know is one of the most stressful experiences anyone can go through, but with a team like this working to do their best for their clients it helps to put your mind at ease. I would recommend them to any friend or family! Thank you so much we are so incredibly happy

3rd Apr 2024 (7 weeks ago)I recently had a very disappointing experience while searching for a rental property. The person with vitiligo who attended to me was extremely demeaning and even went as far as to imply that I was wasting his time within just two minutes of our conversation (it was empty, no costumers, just me) Despite my inquiries about properties listed on their website, he insisted on pushing his own suggestions, claiming to know better. This behaviour was unprofessional and disrespectful, and it greatly detracted from my overall experience. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, and unfortunately, this was severely lacking in my interaction with this individual.

20th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)They are thief’s, i rented out property from this agency, where fire occurred due to neighbours fault, my propery affected due to that, they promised me to find alternative accommodation and then left me on road without any accommodation, then they didn’t not allowed me to access property to collect my stuff while they given access to thier contractor, when i went for collection at the end after counless calls and emails, i found most of valueable items missing from property, when i inquired from them they said they don’t know anything about it. they were the one only had access to property ,my other remaining stuff was all damaged due to water. Sharon from Leytonstone branch is biggest manipulator, she try to act smart and play political games, i m in process of legal action now . i have instructed solicitors now and i am taking them to the court now i would advise everyone to avoid these thieves. *update* reply to stretton comment Sharon and zita both aware and admitted they took photos of the item and would like to match , then later on zitta said she didn’t took photos of right angels,i can post all emails correspondence screen shot here. Alternative property link they are claiming they provided those were taken from zoopla which i could have find myself. They are absolutely joke. I m in process to take this further and definitely expose them and thier contractors.
27th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)I did appoint JBrown to sell my property in Bromley and I was very happy at the beginning about the way they approached me and how they worked to get the property on the market quickly. Soon after they changed quite a lot in terms of communication, Zara used to reply randomly ( basically when she got a chance ) whilst Komal (owner)never replied to my emails.( she should learn how to deal with people). Despite that was a clear sight of a lack of professionalism, I left things going ahead smoothly. Zara kept me informed about the buyer's interest in seeing the property and I arranged access all the time. Then I had to chase her to receive feedback from customers, she never made them aware of the outcome or sending any REPORT. Even though I left them to carry on their job. They eventually got 2 offers and let me know to appoint a solicitor which I did. Both times buyers pulled out and she never contacted me to let me know, on the contrary, I had to call to find out what happened. I am still not sure if she really received any offers because I never received proof of that. The 12-week agreement came to an end and I previously let them know by email that I would not renew the mandate( no response at all as usual). Finally, I chased them again to remove my property from the market but they either removed it or replied to my emails. After 2 weeks of waiting for them I decided to contact Rightmove, and Zoopla etc explain the matter and they removed the property immediately. This morning magically I received an email From Zara saying that my property has now been removed! You are a team of liars, hopefully, people will be away from such an unprofessional “Estate Agency”.. I lost time but you lost quite a lot of money. That's what you deserve!!!

I met Sulman and khan to talk about rent property and from that meeting I can see how acknowledgeable they were. From that moment until getting my house everything went absolutely flawless. The experience of taking house is very stressful now days went on without a hitch . The teamwork is incredible . I definitely will recommend to contact Manor estate if you looking for beautiful House. Especially Thanks To Sulman Bhai and Khan sb….
