Extremely BAD Service!
My experience with Nina was marred by a complete lack of care, professionalism, and competence, making it necessary for me to share my negative experience with others.
From the beginning of our engagement, it was evident that Lotus Residential Agent did not prioritize their responsibilities or demonstrate a genuine concern for their clients. Communication was consistently poor, with unanswered phone calls, and when responses were provided, they were often delayed or failed to address my concerns adequately. This lack of responsiveness left me feeling neglected and frustrated!
In addition, Lotus Residential Agent showed a concerning lack of attention to detail and an inability to handle crucial aspects of their job effectively. These errors not only caused additional stress for me but also raised serious doubts about their competence and commitment to their profession.This lack of competence eroded my trust in Lotus Residential Agent and left me questioning their ability to fulfill their role as a reliable and competent estate agent.
Given the numerous shortcomings and frustrations I experienced with Lotus Residential Agent, I strongly advise caution when considering their services. My hope is that this review will prompt the company to reflect on their practices and take appropriate measures to ensure that future clients do not encounter the same level of disappointment and dissatisfaction.
