Emma, Kelsey, Annie and Harry advising and updating me every step of the way from re marketing the property, viewings and securing the new tenants Cope & Co have provided me a service that is second to none. I have used them for years and they are always professional and helpful and I have recommended them several times. A thank you to Cole and Josh in the PMD team for arranging quick access so I could sort the boiler too!

12th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)My husband and I have been very impressed by James's diligence, efficiency, hard work and courtesy when selling our home for us. We were very happy that the buyers also then put their trust in James for selling their home, making the process smooth, and seamless with James 'at the helm' . He was then chasing three lots of solicitors , and other parties and certainly kept us up to date and informed with what we needed to know at every stage. (whilst professionally maintaining confidentiality for the other involved parties). James made himself available to answer any emails, texts and phone calls as needed, very quickly. Other Acquire staff were also on hand to help if occasionally needed, and messages between staff were passed on seamlessly. Overall, probably the best experience we have had with different Estate agents , over the years. We hope that the excellent service that we have received is noted by management. Thank you , James. Sue.

6th May 2024 (13 days ago)Asked Martin and Dan several times to call back but didn’t , this despite getting offer for sale of property , use cowboy mates local electrical installer , advertised rental at actual half rate of actual rental despite several emails , get attitude when calling , want monies upfront for any remedial work , still no call from Martin the sales manager , normal no care profit interested only organisation .

10th Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)Unprofessional agent. Two viewings arranged where the agents don’t turn up. Complete time wasters incapable of sticking to a diary or communicating. If simple things like a viewing are a chore to this agent what will the complete experience be like. I dare not find out. Thanks for wasting our time.
3rd May 2024 (16 days ago)Nicola, David, Sarah and all the team were absolutely brilliant when we sold our property. They were supportive throughout the whole process, particularly when we had difficulties (and I had wobbles). Nicola always advised us to do what was best for us, as a family, not for them as a business. I would highly recommend using Smartmove Homes, they were great.
17th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)The wrong property was shown on the attached video walk through to the websites showing the property. Some information given me prior to agreeing to go with Bagshaws was not correct. Price guide for similar properties showed several advertisements for our property from 10 years ago. Just received after several weeks confirmation of property details. Changed Office within Bagshaws to early to conclude yet.
9th Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)Enquired about a house, sent email on Rightmove and Luke asked when we would like to view, we replied an hour later (midday) the same day with no response. Three days later we hadn’t heard a response so chased what was happening, Luke said he had been on annual leave, but we had received no contact nor an email telling us this, which is why he hadn’t replied - and there was no out of office email on. We then asked to view the next week and was told Luke would arrange. Yet again we had heard no update so we chased AGAIN on the Saturday morning (we called this time) and Luke said he would check. We received a email two hours later and Luke said the vendors would prefer Sunday morning (the next day at 9.30am) as they already had a viewing. We couldn’t do Sunday due to a family emergency and explained this, but Luke pushed Sunday saying that he knew ‘the vendors probably wouldn’t wait that long’ because ‘they had already had an offer come in’ so probably wouldn’t want us viewing 2 days later. If Luke had responded to our initial email 8 days prior to all of this, we could have had a viewing on the house and put an offer in. Poor communication, quite rude and a lack of care shown. We saw another house for sale that we thought we might want to see, but saw it was on with Frank Innes and decided not to bother - luckily it was on with another agent so we have viewed through them. Hilariously, this house we wanted to view initially is still on Rightmove and has apparently sold despite this happening nearly 3 weeks ago. We have been told this morning it will ‘probably be off in the next 24 hours’ but it’s not been off the last 2 weeks so god knows what they’re playing at. Will not be using to sell our house and what an unprofessional experience we have had.
17th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by Ashley Adams estate agents. My experience has been nothing short of appalling, and I feel compelled to write this review. * Despite numerous attempts to contact Molly, I have received no response. The lack of communication and unresponsiveness have caused unnecessary stress and frustration. * As a customer, I expected timely and professional communication throughout the process, but unfortunately, this has not been the case. * Handling of the sale was done inappropriately, quick to take the deposit but no support afterwards. * Travis didn't stick to his words of 'I'll collate all the information and get back in touch'. * I was informed by Travis that the holding deposit fee would be returned if the deal with the property fell through, which it did for reasons that are legally acceptable. However, it is now approaching almost 3 months, and I have not received the refund. This delay is unacceptable, and I demand immediate action to rectify the situation which I can’t see happening any time soon.

19th Apr 2024 (30 days ago)we have completed today thanks to Abbie and her team at Whitegates Heanor. We chose Whitegates after speaking to a few agents. Abbie was very professional and friendly , giving us useful advice for our straight forward sale of our home. Honest and realistic valuation led to a sale within a week. Excellent communication throughout the transaction with all the team. Well done Whitegates! We would recommend to anyone thinking of selling.

18th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

23rd Apr 2024 (26 days ago)During the last 6 years, I've moved 7 times on account of my job and without reservation, the experience I have had with Ewemove has been the best I've ever had so far. I would like to especially mention Amy-Louise Richardson, who personally looked after me and my wife throughout our tenancy. She not only has excellent knowledge about the properties that she shows people and the localities where they are but unlike other agencies, she doesn't hand you over to a colleagues and personally looks after you throughout. In Amy, we found a friend and I will forever remain grateful for all the help she has provided and I am sad to be leaving the property I was in. All the best for all of your hard work.
