They were very professional, efficient and slick which helped the transaction complete on time. I've been involved in property for over 20 years and would highly recommend the team at Your Move as they are extremely diligent.
7th Jun 2023 (11 mo. ago)Amazing service from Warners - all staff were attentive and supportive from the beginning. Even with a sale fall through and having to go back on the market, they helped ease the upset of what was a really upsetting time, found me a new buyer and completed 6 weeks later. Cannot fault their service, Caitlin Meaney was my negotiator and made me feel like nothing was too much trouble and gave fantastic advice / came across very knowledgeable on the market for the area and time I was selling. Would 100% recommend Warners, and have already done so to a few also looking to sell. I met with around 4 estate agencies total and Warners were the clear choice from the start. Thanks so much for all your help! We now have sold our flat and purchased our forever family home and couldn’t have done it without your help.

They were on top of every aspect and that gave us reassurance we were in very good hands. Rachel made sure we were immediately informed of any developments. Couldn't have asked for more.

17th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)I resent giving 1 star but you have to press on a star to get the point of being able to write something. This agency does not operate on the basis of managing and looking after your properties. They will quickly fill your property with the worst type of tenant and take no responsibility when it all fails. They take days to provide feedback, if at all. There is no transparency and when they do engage on your feedback about poor service generally it’s a list of excuses and no action. There is a sprinkling of good people among them who work hard and I have no doubt that the only reason the lights are on. Very very poor. If you are a landlord and need property managed - Stay away at all costs.
3rd May 2024 (16 days ago)Took time off work to view a flat, had paid for a taxi to get there just to be told they had the wrong keys so would have done another the day, didn’t even apologise. I texted the agent about when it would be possible to reschedule and only then did he apologise. I emailed the agency and they haven’t bothered to respond. It’s just an absolute muck about

3rd Nov 2023 (6 mo. ago)(While the company did finally provide compensation, it's important to note that I still experienced a significant opportunity cost as a result of their actions.) It has undeniably been the most regrettable experience of my lifetime, dealing with a solicitor team that exhibited a severe lack of professionalism and courtesy. Initially, I placed my trust in them based on their positive Google reviews, which now appear to be misleading and have led to significant frustration and inconvenience on my part. The solicitor in question was Shari, who astonishingly took a full year to complete the anti-money laundering check, despite my having submitted all required documents promptly. To compound matters, she repeatedly requested the same information, leading to redundant submissions. Regrettably, she ceased all communication, failing to respond to both my emails and those from the seller's side. My attempts to reach her went unanswered for two months until she seemingly disappeared without a trace. I was dismayed to find myself in such a predicament. In desperation, I enlisted the assistance of the estate agent, who contacted Joni, the National Head of Conveyancing. However, this interaction proved to be equally disheartening, as Joni not only displayed a lack of professionalism but also declined to provide any insight into the unilateral breach of contract, responding in a profane manner. I strongly advise against engaging with this company. As a result of their inefficiency, my funds remained in limbo within my bank account, as I had initially believed they could promptly resolve their business matters. Consequently, I have incurred substantial financial losses due to the failure of Simpson & Marwick to deliver on their commitments.
4th Mar 2024 (11 weeks ago)Amazing!! second time I have used Stuart and Clyde to sell a property and again was seamless, efficient, always kept you in the loop and had my property on the market, listed and sold within 3 weeks start to finish. Hazel and Iona were so great and were all over it, really make you feel like you are the only client they have. Would absolutely recommend!

Cameron was hugely professional, communicative, supportive and kept us informed throughout the sales process. I have no hesitation in recommending Savills, based on our experience with Cameron alone.

18th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

They provided us with excellent advice, including changes we may wish to consider making, with a view to achieving the best possible price for our house. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Truscott, where the staff pride themselves in giving clients a first class personal service.

Despite a churn of staff that we would naturally expect to see in the industry, the colleagues that we dealt with on an ongoing basis were both responsive and I would recommend Belvoir to anyone living locally or looking to move to Edinburgh for the first time.
12th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)From the initial contact with Jayne who took care of sales and marketing through to the completion of conveyancing with Cameron, the service was excellent. The fixed fee estate agency resulted in significant cost savings compared to quotes obtained from other solicitors (no other firm I spoke to came close). Jayne and Cameron were friendly, professional and very easy to get hold of when we needed to speak to them. I have already recommended Cameron Stephen & Co to a neighbour and will use their services again.
