25th Apr 2024 (15 days ago)I don't know why but, I feel they are just waste of time. they show house to about 30 people. then they call for interview with the owner. Owner is least interested in talking and decides just by looking at you if you can afford to pay the rent. Decision takes forever and meanwhile if we follow up. Once, very interested to reply guy (Anil Ranakoti) turns to a not interested to talk and reply guy. when called to know the status says ' you don't have to call, if you are selected you will get to know' I am serving notice to my current landlord, i can't let you take your own sweet time to reply.
26th Apr 2024 (14 days ago)We have just bought an apartment in central London, having had interaction with numerous estate agents in the area, and the outstanding professional is Johnny Hyslop from Jackson-Stops. He understood our requirements and found us a perfect place. I wouldn't want to deal with any other agent in London except for Johnny.
17th Apr 2024 (23 days ago)My experience working with KFH Fulham and Chelsea, and with Peter Kasicki in particular, was exemplary. Whilst searching for a one-bed flat in the area I often dealt with other Estate Agents who disregarded key criteria, showed unsuitable properties and were inconsistent in their communication. Peter was consistent, reliable and really took the time to listen carefully to my needs and concerns. I particularly valued his honesty- he was upfront with highlighting potential issues with properties and offered sincere, genuine advice, resulting in a trusting relationship. He was also extremely diligent in answering any follow-up questions post viewing and even sharing detailed videos of the properties with helpful commentary. All in all I would thoroughly recommend Peter and the KFH team to anyone who is looking in the area and wants genuine support in the process.

22nd Apr 2024 (18 days ago)My partner and I rented a flat in Fulham from Martin & Co in November. Though the flat had many issues to begin with that needed to be resolved, I am giving them 5 stars due to the tireless work of our property manager, Francesco Moretti, who swooped in and ensured everything was dealt with swiftly and easily (for us, not for him!), which involved him constantly emailing and calling the council on our behalf, really advocating for us, all the while keeping us updated and making us feel heard. These issues did get resolved thanks to his work, and we are now really settling into our flat. I have rented a lot in London and know what a pain it can be to deal with distant landlords/property managers, but this could not have been farther from our experience with Francesco. Would 100% rent from them again due to this experience!

Thank you particularly to Conner, Alex and Wallace in what was a tricky transaction, I couldn't have done it without them and would heartily recommend. I met with 3 agents and Truepenny's were the obvious choice - they were selling my home, not just a house, great communication, great expectation management and understood both mine and my buyers priorities. Had a buyer in 5 days, all vetted and ready to go. A fantastic experience compared with my buying - thank you again all.

2nd Mar 2024 (10 weeks ago)I was very surprised by how friendly and helpful the team at Martin & Co was. I heard some of horror stories from friends about agents doing everything in their power to make tenants' lives miserable... I consider myself lucky to have found this agency. A few positive examples: - they had my washing machine replaced in no time and without complaining when it broke down - they were always very responsive whenever I had an issue - very respectful of my own time and schedule when they were showing the flat - and they returned the FULL deposit very quickly and without putting up a fight. The last point to me would be the selling point. Thank you!

They are not the cheapest but the service they provide is of a real premium standard. They are always quick, efficient, and professional in all dealings. They also have good business sense and connections. They generated far more interest on the sale of the property then another agent we had on a multi agent deal. Would recommend.
3rd Mar 2024 (10 weeks ago)Im shocked at the level of lack professionalism disreguard of potential tennents aswell of lack of care. I arranged a viewing for saturday. Its a good job i called up to confirm and check the address. Turns out my viewing had been cancelled as property was gone. No one called me to update me. I would of been standing out side waiting in the rain and no one would of been coming. To add insult to the matter, when asked why i wasnt informed i was told there was 40-50 people viewing, they didnt have time to call so many people. The lack of care and whatever attidtude is some what concerning. So basicaly we dont care about letting you know you been cancelled. Leads me to wounder if they are the same with tennants. If something needs replacing or fixing will they even respond?

They are FANTASTIC, the best, most organised, effective and helpful in the business. Brett and John and the rest of the team always do their best and know the business inside out while also possessing honesty and integrity. For a property deal completed today Daniel Derbyshire was my agent and he was absolutely brilliant. Helpful, communicative, reassuring. Daniel and Hunters will never let you down! 10 out of 10!
