30th Apr 2024 (20 days ago)Beware of Booking Property Viewings with Your Move If you're considering booking a property viewing with Your Move, you might want to think twice. My experience with them left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. From the moment I expressed interest, I was bombarded with calls, voicemails, and rude emails. What's worse, when I voiced my displeasure, I received even more disrespectful communication, including threats to archive my contact details. Shockingly, this behavior came from the branch manager herself. It's not only upsetting but also baffling how such unprofessionalism can exist in the real estate industry. Ultimately, this aggressive approach is driving potential buyers away, leading to a significant loss in sales for them. Proceed with caution if you choose to engage with Your Move.

25th Apr 2024 (25 days ago)We chose Profiles to sell our house as Chris is so knowledgeable and there are no hidden fees or penalties in the contract. The team carried out all the viewings and found us a buyer within about a month. They were supportive throughout a prolonged sale process, caused by problems further down the chain, and kept us informed throughout. Thanks very much to Bryonie and the rest of the team.
7th May 2024 (13 days ago)Worst / Waste of time agents stupid people work here- 6th May 2024 (14 days ago)Asked Martin and Dan several times to call back but didn’t , this despite getting offer for sale of property , use cowboy mates local electrical installer , advertised rental at actual half rate of actual rental despite several emails , get attitude when calling , want monies upfront for any remedial work , still no call from Martin the sales manager , normal no care profit interested only organisation .

She even didn't know information from the advert, was not polite and was defensive on any question. Even if you put application form for the flat, the agency does not send you any confirmation, a few weeks without any feedback from the company - very poor quality

18th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)It was the worst experience I have ever had with this company. I’m shocked!! They told me to send them my lease the landlord is interested in your business. I have provided all the requirements perfectly. Suddenly they called me and told me the landlord has chosen another tenant in private apart from the company and has decided to give it to another tenant. I have paid for expenses in lease preparations everything was perfect! I think it is the agents fault !!! But when a property, unit owner r a shop is given to a company only this company can do the renting or selling process… this is a big lie and it’s really a shame for this company..

23rd Apr 2024 (27 days ago)Let us a mouldy house and did nothing when we complained. At checkout when we brought this up, the staff were rude and nonchalant about our experience. I don't recommend renting a property through this organisation.

Communication has been great and whilst there are cheaper out there, I think it's really worth the extra. Could not recommend them enough.
