28th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)I dealt with Jaqui Jagger at Domus Nova, and I can confirm I have never dealt with a better agent. She was incredibly efficient, responsive, understood my needs and got me the perfect place in a short period of time. Agents like her are hard to come by, but what is usually a very stressful process was actually a very enjoyable one! So if you are looking for something in the area, definitely work with Jaqui.

The sale had complications due legal issues, but Mateo was invaluably helpful throughout the entire process. It took five months for the sale to complete and AN&A kept up regular contact throughout and were always available when we needed advice. We will certainly use them again in future and recommend to friends.

24th Sep 2022 (1 year ago)I really wonder how come they have so many 5 stars reviews when they did not prove anything else other than unprofesionalism and unable to schedule viewings. They showed up on a Saturday unannounced and the agents can’t seem to get the times right. No cummunication whatsoever other than the automatic email confirmation. They do not reply to emails and do not care about improving their services. I am running very low on patience because of them and definitely this is not how you should do business.
31st May 2024 (2 days ago)I had the worst experience of my life with them and Featherstone Leigh , my son has a permanent asthma and breathing issue from the flat they have rented me. I was not able to stay in the flat for over two months , no alternative was offered to me and my family, being homeless due to the smell of damp, water leak has costed me a lot of money and stress. Useless team all they care about is their rent it be paid , they have breached their contract on so many occasions, they failed . Do not get fooled by those good reviews!

The team at Chiswick KF were super helpful and proactive throughout.

3rd Apr 2024 (9 weeks ago)I recently had a very disappointing experience while searching for a rental property. The person with vitiligo who attended to me was extremely demeaning and even went as far as to imply that I was wasting his time within just two minutes of our conversation (it was empty, no costumers, just me) Despite my inquiries about properties listed on their website, he insisted on pushing his own suggestions, claiming to know better. This behaviour was unprofessional and disrespectful, and it greatly detracted from my overall experience. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, and unfortunately, this was severely lacking in my interaction with this individual.
