Emma, Kelsey, Annie and Harry advising and updating me every step of the way from re marketing the property, viewings and securing the new tenants Cope & Co have provided me a service that is second to none. I have used them for years and they are always professional and helpful and I have recommended them several times. A thank you to Cole and Josh in the PMD team for arranging quick access so I could sort the boiler too!
9th May 2024 (10 days ago)Incredible service by Stephen whinyates. Made us seriously question why we went with hannels. The level of service was a totally different standard. Would only use John German in the future !!
12th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)My husband and I have been very impressed by James's diligence, efficiency, hard work and courtesy when selling our home for us. We were very happy that the buyers also then put their trust in James for selling their home, making the process smooth, and seamless with James 'at the helm' . He was then chasing three lots of solicitors , and other parties and certainly kept us up to date and informed with what we needed to know at every stage. (whilst professionally maintaining confidentiality for the other involved parties). James made himself available to answer any emails, texts and phone calls as needed, very quickly. Other Acquire staff were also on hand to help if occasionally needed, and messages between staff were passed on seamlessly. Overall, probably the best experience we have had with different Estate agents , over the years. We hope that the excellent service that we have received is noted by management. Thank you , James. Sue.

18th Apr 2024 (4 weeks ago)It was the worst experience I have ever had with this company. I’m shocked!! They told me to send them my lease the landlord is interested in your business. I have provided all the requirements perfectly. Suddenly they called me and told me the landlord has chosen another tenant in private apart from the company and has decided to give it to another tenant. I have paid for expenses in lease preparations everything was perfect! I think it is the agents fault !!! But when a property, unit owner r a shop is given to a company only this company can do the renting or selling process… this is a big lie and it’s really a shame for this company..- 31st Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)Good at selling you their contract failed to do anything they promised to took 10 day to get board up ! Said sales people be round so they know what they were selling not happened! No viewings! No communication and get agent recommended them! Service what service!

1st Mar 2024 (11 weeks ago)Left feeling extremely frustrated and disappointed. Throughout our entire process of having our house on the market for 6 months, me and my wife have been left completely alone in the majority of the process to chase up viewers, answer queries and have been the constant go between to solicitors/house developer. It appears quite clearly there is either a lack of communication between the staff or just simply a complete lack of interest or effort when it comes to helping us sell our home. The only time Ian picked up the phone to contact us throughout the entire process was to rush us into our next home that wasn’t even built yet or force us into rented accommodation, which from our first meeting with him we made clear was a non-negotiable due to understandable work/family arrangements. Whenever someone went on annual leave or was off work, there was no clear handover and our viewings/queries got completely shoved to the bottom of the pile and we AGAIN had to chase things up which often resulted in speaking to a confused member of staff who had no idea what we were talking about. The large majority of our viewings we have had have been people who haven’t had any agreement in principles with their bank and so we have spent all this time and effort making our home look at the best condition possible for a viewing, just for a few days later to have a half-arsed response from YourMove telling us they couldn’t afford it anyway. This is something since going on with another, much better estate agent we have realised should’ve been discussed in the first phone call with a potential viewer. Me and my wife are fully aware of the situation of the market right now and understand the difficulty (more than ever) in selling a home, however I 100% believe this would’ve been achieved with more clear communication and effort made from the estate agents. I am never someone to write negative reviews, however because we have completely wasted 6 months of our time, effort and emotions on doing 99% of the leg work ourselves, I really don’t want anyone else to have to go through what we have.

17th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by Ashley Adams estate agents. My experience has been nothing short of appalling, and I feel compelled to write this review. * Despite numerous attempts to contact Molly, I have received no response. The lack of communication and unresponsiveness have caused unnecessary stress and frustration. * As a customer, I expected timely and professional communication throughout the process, but unfortunately, this has not been the case. * Handling of the sale was done inappropriately, quick to take the deposit but no support afterwards. * Travis didn't stick to his words of 'I'll collate all the information and get back in touch'. * I was informed by Travis that the holding deposit fee would be returned if the deal with the property fell through, which it did for reasons that are legally acceptable. However, it is now approaching almost 3 months, and I have not received the refund. This delay is unacceptable, and I demand immediate action to rectify the situation which I can’t see happening any time soon.

18th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
23rd Apr 2024 (26 days ago)Let us a mouldy house and did nothing when we complained. At checkout when we brought this up, the staff were rude and nonchalant about our experience. I don't recommend renting a property through this organisation.
15th May 2024 (4 days ago)Pleasant courteous staff. The photos were not the greatest . They vastly over valued the property and i had only four viewings in 3 months and no offers. Also i approached them after two months of very little activity, about a dual agency arrangement. I was told fairly firmly that i had a 20 week contract(too long!) and they would hold me to it. As far as i can see the bare minimum was done to market and sell my home.
