22nd Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)I can’t speak highly enough of Peterkin & Kidd. Their estate agency team just helped me sell my house and Carolyn and Karin were fantastic. So friendly, professional and communicative and a pleasure to work with. On the conveyancing side, David took care of the legals for me in his usual seamless fashion. He’s very commercial, spot on with his advice and has represented me lots of times over the years (whether buying or selling) - so I always go back to him. They all work very well together as a team and and I can’t thank them all enough.
21st May 2024 (12 days ago)Remax Dunfermline were excellent throughout the process. Realistic valuation led to good level of interest. I was kept updated frequently and the whole process was simple and professional.
6th Feb 2023 (1 year ago)If it was possible, I'd have given Abbey Forth zero stars. Here's my experience with them: The place I rented from Abbey Forth had not been cleaned when I moved in. It was in a disgusting state with several broken fixtures. I took many photos and informed them that, because I was having to clean my new flat, I wouldn't be paying for the place to be professionally cleaned when I moved out. Throughout my year at the property, they were unprofessional and unhelpful when other problems arose: trying to charge me for boiler repairs (a boiler which was leaking on day 1), failing to resolve a drainage issue outside the kitchen door and, worst of all, falling to resolve an infestation of slugs in the kitchen - an obvious health hazard. When I moved out, they unsurprisingly tried to deduct £190 from my deposit for cleaning. I successfully disputed this charge with the deposit scheme, using the pictures and emails I'd sent them over the length of the tenancy. The deposit scheme found that, as the property was not cleaned to a good condition for the start of the tenancy, that I should only having to pay £60 In summary: Abbey Forth is the worst estate agent I've ever used. Rude staff and a general ethos of trying to squeeze money out of tenants for as little effort as possible. Only sign up with them if you are desperate and have no other options. If this is the case, then please make sure you document everything for inevitable struggle to get your deposit back

16th Sep 2023 (8 mo. ago)I recently put my property up for sale with Drummond Miller. The “selling” part of this service was poor. It appeared as if the leading agent, Robert, didn’t care in the slightest, as emphasised by the very nonchalant responses to my queries throughout. My ad was also full of errors (including my address) and when pointed out I was assured this would be changed, which it wasn’t, prior to going live. Once sold I can’t fault the service in terms of the sale and legal work. Pam was professional, helpful and reassuring throughout the remainder of the process. I have mixed feelings towards Drummond Miller LLP now but due to the poor initial service I wouldn’t recommend.

5th Sep 2023 (8 mo. ago)Was so disappointed with the carry out as 1st time and got prices on line which apparently have not been updated ordered veg pakora chicken pakora and poppadoms and spiced onions £18.96 when I queried this she said it was 2 poppadoms and spiced onions it's not the best experience as the prices are very much more expensive 6.99 chicken pakora and 5.99 for veg pakora 2.99 poppadoms and spiced onions. Only exotic thing about this place is the prices. UPDATE After owners reply STILL no update on prices and as previously mentioned the poppadoms and spiced onions come together what they need to mention that a portion is 2 poppadoms broken up as when I ordered 2 poppadoms and spiced onions got the equivalent of 4 poppadoms at 5.98 so this needs to be clearer on the menu also as how many poppadoms do you need for 2 people.- 22nd Aug 2023 (9 mo. ago)Heel mooi.
