24th Apr 2024 (25 days ago)An individual named Sebastian works at these premises , he and his manager Sara are a little bully crew, who are happy to try and intimidate their customers to not claim any responsibility, spoke in an absolute abominable tone to my mother ! Wouldn’t be surprised if they had rabid rats for brains !

22nd Apr 2024 (27 days ago)We had a long-lasting pre-judgement against estate agencies after horrible experiences with some local ones(especially Dexters[must avoid] and Chase Buchanan) in Sunbury for last 4 years. Stirling Ackroyd really made us think again because of their professionalism and communication skills, we were totally shocked by the sheer amount of helpfulness they have shown to us and their other clients. It was totally fair and straight-forward compared to other estate agents in this area being dishonest & unfair. I say this very openly, we didn't need to communicate with anyone other than them because there were no distractions or lies between me and every one of their agents. The processes were crystal clear. This was the breaking point in our life in terms of how we perceived estate agents before in a very long time. No matter what you become, you should do it well, fair and correctly. Stirling Ackroyd was the prime example of this. Shout out to Joseph / Brian / Olivia / Sardorbeck / Terry

Would recommend for anyone looking in the area to go with Alpha, just a shame there is no physical location available.

He had the house on the market before the others had even sent a photographer round , by the time they had, laurels had sold the property ( 8 days ) for the price we wanted. Again through the whole process Fraser kept us informed and nothing was to much trouble for him, I think Laurels are lucky to have him . And would highly recommend laurels ????????????????????
3rd Mar 2024 (11 weeks ago)Im shocked at the level of lack professionalism disreguard of potential tennents aswell of lack of care. I arranged a viewing for saturday. Its a good job i called up to confirm and check the address. Turns out my viewing had been cancelled as property was gone. No one called me to update me. I would of been standing out side waiting in the rain and no one would of been coming. To add insult to the matter, when asked why i wasnt informed i was told there was 40-50 people viewing, they didnt have time to call so many people. The lack of care and whatever attidtude is some what concerning. So basicaly we dont care about letting you know you been cancelled. Leads me to wounder if they are the same with tennants. If something needs replacing or fixing will they even respond?
