The team carried out all the viewings and found us a buyer within about a month. They were supportive throughout a prolonged sale process, caused by problems further down the chain, and kept us informed throughout. Thanks very much to Bryonie and the rest of the team.

13th Mar 2024 (10 weeks ago)Newton and Fallowell, particularly Sue, but also Jess in Sue’s absence, made the process of buying our property happen. We had a particularly difficult sale (using a different agent, in Cambridgeshire). Suffice to say that had Sue not been so proactive in helping with an ongoing number of issues down the chain, the whole process would have fallen through. Communication from Newton and Fallowell was SUPERB, it was the only way we could keep track of what was happening. A professional and friendly service from a company that give the impression of really caring. We would not hesitate to use them again in the future and would also recommend them highly.

My house was on the market and sold all within a few days of enquiring, and the purchase of my new home went through quickly. Karen and Mary were really friendly and on hand to help with any questions throughout the process! I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
10th Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)Unprofessional agent. Two viewings arranged where the agents don’t turn up. Complete time wasters incapable of sticking to a diary or communicating. If simple things like a viewing are a chore to this agent what will the complete experience be like. I dare not find out. Thanks for wasting our time.- 10th May 2024 (9 days ago)The initial consultation on selling my home was fantastic but it all goes down hill from there. The level of communication is shocking, you hear nothing for weeks, you phone them up to chase to get told they will phone you back and don’t bother. They book viewings without consulting you, and on the rare occasion they do consult you and the buyer doesn’t show up they won’t bother telling you. They leave you a voice message asking you to return their call about a potential viewing to be told this isn’t true and they’ve not left a voice message and make you feel as though you have made it all up. I can honestly say that this is the most inept estate agents I have ever had the displeasure of using. They do not value their customers in the slightest and are extremely unprofessional. I would urge any other vendor to use any other company.

6th May 2024 (13 days ago)Waste of money, after paying the financial advisor fee and the solicitors fee, you are not kept up to date with details of the property you are looking to buy, unless you chase for it,misleading information that one is on leave, when the other say they are off sick, do not waste your money, over a £1000 wasted, for being a life time client, keep your useless membership card! All is client satisfaction until you pay all the fees???? No updates regarding other available properties, a total scam !! Reviews on trust pilot do not lie for sure!! I do not often leave reviews, but thought others should think twice before wasting their money! Thank you for your service, hope others do not get the same!

17th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by Ashley Adams estate agents. My experience has been nothing short of appalling, and I feel compelled to write this review. * Despite numerous attempts to contact Molly, I have received no response. The lack of communication and unresponsiveness have caused unnecessary stress and frustration. * As a customer, I expected timely and professional communication throughout the process, but unfortunately, this has not been the case. * Handling of the sale was done inappropriately, quick to take the deposit but no support afterwards. * Travis didn't stick to his words of 'I'll collate all the information and get back in touch'. * I was informed by Travis that the holding deposit fee would be returned if the deal with the property fell through, which it did for reasons that are legally acceptable. However, it is now approaching almost 3 months, and I have not received the refund. This delay is unacceptable, and I demand immediate action to rectify the situation which I can’t see happening any time soon.

Nothing was ever too much trouble when calling, each of the team being extremely good and conscientious whenever we called and all matters were dealt with rapidly and efficiently. Dealing with the team certainly changed my mind on that there is lot more to selling a house than it just appearing on "Right Move". Thanks to you all and I would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone wanting sell or purchase a home through you. 5 Stars all the way.
18th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

8th Mar 2024 (10 weeks ago)From the intial call, Newton Fallowell were able to come back on a rental property we were interested in, and arrange a viewing of the rental property at short notice. Glenn called us and then met us at the property, he was exceedingly helpful ,explaining all aspects of rental, and the process clearly.

15th May 2024 (4 days ago)Pleasant courteous staff. The photos were not the greatest . They vastly over valued the property and i had only four viewings in 3 months and no offers. Also i approached them after two months of very little activity, about a dual agency arrangement. I was told fairly firmly that i had a 20 week contract(too long!) and they would hold me to it. As far as i can see the bare minimum was done to market and sell my home.
4th May 2024 (15 days ago)Had a great experience with Josh on a viewing yesterday, he was really knowledgeable about the property and answered all our questions. He took his time to show us all aspects of the property and he was very friendly.
