Absolutely amazing experience with all staff members; Reo and Niall, both very professional and friendly, but most importantly, Simon Massey who has gone above and beyond for my mother-in-law while selling and buying her properties recently. My mother-in-law has needed alot of support as we live approx 160 miles away and she has health issues. Simon was absolutely wonderful to her and I would highly recommend their services to anyone. Always remember not many things in life run smoothly and there are always hiccups, but with the excellent service that Bairstow Eves in Mansfield Woodhouse provides, you know things will run as smoothly as they can be. They was behind us every step of the way, providing outstanding service and advice at the drop of a hat and they really do go above and beyond for you. We have a very long and challenging purchase and sale but at every twist and turn Emma, Jordan, Abi and Laura are there to guide us through. They know the market better than all the other Estate agents in the area and know exactly how to market your property to get the right people interested. The level of service you receive from all the team far surpasses what you expect. Professional and experienced advice constantly provided through each step of your purchase and sale of your properties. They also add the friendly human element to the process. Sometimes it was like coming off the phone to a close family member or long time friend. They really do go above and beyond for their clients. From the first contact of arranging valuation with Josh to him attending my home has been one of the best experiences I could of had in the scary world of buying and selling a house. 22nd Jun 2023 (10 mo. ago)Moved out from one property rent from Leaders Mansfield in March 2023, till today don't get back deposit and 2 weeks rent! Tried few times to ring,sent emails no any response or once what they can say its they waiting for landlord response then don't answer the phone! They withdrawn deposit to the agency without any statement for me as tenant ! Agents arranged viewings for house without closed our case! Never will recommend that's brach for anybody.

18th Apr 2024 (4 weeks ago)It was the worst experience I have ever had with this company. I’m shocked!! They told me to send them my lease the landlord is interested in your business. I have provided all the requirements perfectly. Suddenly they called me and told me the landlord has chosen another tenant in private apart from the company and has decided to give it to another tenant. I have paid for expenses in lease preparations everything was perfect! I think it is the agents fault !!! But when a property, unit owner r a shop is given to a company only this company can do the renting or selling process… this is a big lie and it’s really a shame for this company..

She’s explains everything amazingly so I can understand it all! She’s always there to support and help on any piece of paper work within minutes of emailing. (Quite a lot I’ve asked questions) Looking forward to my next stages of my adventures with her supporting me! 10 out of 10 ??????????
6th May 2024 (13 days ago)Terrible estate agents. Lived in a property rented through them for 2 years. Was absolutely filthy when I moved in, stank of smoke, had not had cleaners in. On viewing there was water damage on the bedroom ceiling, was told there was no leak and previous tenant didn't report anything. As soon as it rained water came through. Was a battle to get it fixed and they only fixed the roof not the hole/caving in internal ceiling. Oven was ancient and didn't work so needed a new one putting in. Bedroom radiator broke and took over 2 months to be fixed, spent winter having a bedroom that was an average of 7 degrees. Windows all loose and wobbled in the wall when closing them, could feel the draft and see the curtains moving but my email about it ignored. Handed notice in, took keys back and heard nothing. Had to ask for deposit back. Had it returned then a week or so later got an email saying they were doing an inspection and to ensure it was clean and tidy, I'd not lived there or had keys for a month and already had my deposit back! It's back on the market now, price increased by £75pcm. From the photos they've put new flooring in which it desperately needed but I can see some plants my movers accidentally left still on the windowsill so again cleaners not been in (we did clean it before leaving at least, except the cupboards we didn't use because the last tenent left them so filthy) Kitchen has had it, was told on viewing the landlord was going to do it after the next tenant, clearly a lie as it's still the same! Honestly if you can afford to use another agent, please do!

We booked an appointment to view a property at 6 p.m. They called us at 3 p.m. to make sure we were still going. I confirmed we were and we set off in time and reached the property several minutes before 6 . They hadn't bothered to turn up by 6.20 so we gave up waiting and came back home. I have had no call or apology from them. Absolute waste of time. Use another estate agent !
