9th Jan 2024 (19 weeks ago)After 4 years of residency's at this property, the way you responded to any issues regarding with the property's function, was unbelievable disrespectful, insulted and totally disregarded. It took 2-3 months to fix an issue, which was required 5 minutes work.

If we came to sell again we would 100% be using them in the future and would recommend them to anyone. They kept in contact with us during the whole process. Jason always contacted us weekly during our process for updates, if we needed anything he always replied to emails rapidly. Our home sold within a couple of days of going to the market. Highly recommended- 6th May 2024 (13 days ago)Waste of money, after paying the financial advisor fee and the solicitors fee, you are not kept up to date with details of the property you are looking to buy, unless you chase for it,misleading information that one is on leave, when the other say they are off sick, do not waste your money, over a £1000 wasted, for being a life time client, keep your useless membership card! All is client satisfaction until you pay all the fees???? No updates regarding other available properties, a total scam !! Reviews on trust pilot do not lie for sure!! I do not often leave reviews, but thought others should think twice before wasting their money! Thank you for your service, hope others do not get the same!

Glenn called us and then met us at the property, he was exceedingly helpful ,explaining all aspects of rental, and the process clearly.
