2nd Jan 2022 (2 years ago)I can't recommend Siobhan and the team at KFH Sydenham enough, we had a really positive experience from start to finish. It was valued and everything arranged to get it up on the market really quickly. The photos were very professional and showed our property in its best light. They immediately had lots of viewings arranged with prospective buyers and we secured a buyer very quickly. There were numerous times throughout the sale process where Siobhan stepped in to guide us through keeping things on track. If it wasn't for Siobhan's prompting at a key point we likely would not have been able to complete on our desired date. Thanks very much to the entire team for all their hard work

29th May 2024 (4 days ago)Worst, third class, cheap service by them. They scam in the name of cleaning. We have to keep sending followup mails and call multiple times to get our deposit back. Even then, they took almost 3 months to return it. @Taylors: I am not expecting your zero value sorry and response.

1st May 2024 (5 weeks ago)We went with Connells when buying our house and Abigail who works here is our mortgage broker. All of the staff there are so polite and helpful including Abigail who is extremely understanding and supportive. We weren't sure that going with a mortgage broker was the right decision, but it most certainly was and we are so over the moon with the response times and treatment we have recieved. All staff are happy to help when they can anyway, and they are all very informative and polite. I would 100% recommend Connells to anyone looking at buying or even selling a house!

Jamie has also been a great help with sourcing our agreement in principle and supporting us to put an offer on a property. Since then he has guided us through the process of our mortgage application as first time buyers and is extremely kind, approachable and easy to make contact with.
9th May 2024 (24 days ago)Michael Graham recently sold our property in Bedford and we could not have been happier with the transaction. Warren, who valued our property, was brilliant giving us honest and informative advice. He made sure that the process of putting the property on the market was both swift and seamless. A huge thank you must to go Hannah who sold our property at the full asking price within 1.5 days of it being on the market. Amazing work! Viewing requests were numerous and we were actually overseas at the time that the property went live, but Hannah organised all the viewings without us having to be there thus removing the stress of it all out of our hands. The aftersales was handled by Wendy who was fantastic. Always at the end of the phone to help, advise and inform. Wendy kept us in the loop the whole way through and made sure that everything was kept on track. We would happily recommend Michael Graham to anyone. We have received both an excellent and professional service throughout, they have a great team, who together, do a super job!

They couldn't have done more for us and they were there every step of the way that we needed them. I will be recommending to everyone to utilise the Wonder Team at Richard James! Moreover, April Marks was a godsend. Friendly, proactive and extremely intelligent. She is the best person in estate agency I've come across.

12th May 2024 (21 days ago)We asked from the beginning that we wanted them to do their job and liaise with us rather than us having to chase them for feedback. Unfortunately I had to chase them. 3 times I asked for a copy of our contact which I eventually received once we said we no longer required their services. I felt there was a lot of waffle and no facts and action plan at applied!

Got a call back the same day I made an inquiry to arrange a veiwing. The application process was so simple, And I got the decision on the day they said. Would recommend.
