26th Apr 2024 (23 days ago)When I decided to look for a new home in Windsor, I approached Saviles, a reputed real estate agency in the area. I was fortunate enough to be introduced to Georgina Gibson from the sales team, who proved to be an extremely friendly and knowledgeable professional. Georgina was very supportive of my search and took the time to understand my requirements and preferences. She was well-versed with the area I was interested in and provided me with valuable insights and recommendations. When I found a property that caught my eye, Georgina arranged a viewing for my family and me, going out of her way to accommodate our schedule and make the process as smooth as possible. She was highly professional, polite, and made us feel valued as clients. Georgina also helped me negotiate the lease with her client and submitted my offer on my behalf. She was proactive and responsive throughout the process, keeping me informed every step of the way. Despite Georgina's best efforts, the seller did not take our offer seriously, and we were unable to secure the property. However, this was not due to any fault of Saviles or Georgina. Georgina did everything she could to help us, but the seller was intent on holding out for a higher bid. Nevertheless, we were able to secure another house in Windsor, and the process is currently underway. I am grateful to Georgina for all her help and support, and I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a new home in Windsor. I am confident that she will be able to provide you with the same level of professionalism, expertise, and care that she provided me.

Paul was always quick to respond and even worked around our busy schedule, allowing us to view the house on a Friday evening. We're now happily settled in our new home, all thanks to Paul's excellent help and support. Highly recommend! A great friendly and helping staff.

Not only are its fees competitive and fair, I am also impressed by the professional standards and excellent efficiency of its staff and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this particular firm to potential landlords looking for agents. In particular, I highly commend the services provided by their Mr Rowan Mohan who was outstanding from the very outset. While handling the rental of my London apartment, he was very helpful, committed and resourceful. There was robustness in his advertising outreach and attentiveness in keeping me updated on a regular basis. As a result, he was able to secure a number of viewings and even fast turn-around.

Having not moved home for almost 25 years, we were very nervous about the process, but nothing was too much trouble for the team and my numerous, no doubt annoying constant phone calls were always dealt with swiftly & professionally. When all other elements of my selling/buying experience were incredibly painful and longwinded, Simon was steadfastly helpful, patient and on-the-ball. 3rd May 2024 (16 days ago)If you are working on auction, be careful if someone work with seller to get your deposit. I worked with Ahmed Ali, on foxton side, and bidx1, so not cool. I am also using their solicitor, completely in big trouble now which they created. be careful scammers-- 1. Misrepresentation of Property: The seller or their agent may have misrepresented the property's condition, value, or ownership status to entice you to put down a deposit. This could involve false claims about the property's amenities, potential for development, or rental income. 2.Failure to Provide Legal Documentation: Deliberately withholding essential legal documents, such as title deeds, property searches, or planning permissions, needed for your mortgage application could be part of a scam to prevent you from completing the purchase or securing financing. 3.Deposit Fraud: If you suspect that the agency has intentionally misled you to secure your deposit without intending to fulfill their obligations, it could be a form of deposit fraud. This might involve promising features or benefits of the property that do not exist or fabricating urgency to push you into making a deposit. 4.Collusion between Seller and Solicitor: In some cases, there could be collusion between the seller and their solicitor to withhold vital information or documents needed for the transaction. This could be part of a larger scheme to defraud buyers or extract additional funds.
