Such a breath of fresh air when there are estate agents that take pride in what they do and realise the impact it has on the day to day individuals who are going through a stressful period to secure or sell a house. Freddie thank you for taking pride in the work you too and going the extra length.
5th May 2024 (28 days ago)We can't thank Joe, Pete and Pete enough for all of the help they've given us in buying our first home. Joe has been our primary contact throughout and is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. When Joe has been unavailable, Pete and Peter have always been there to support as well. Above all, they have been incredibly ethical which gave us so much more comfort navigating our house purchase for the first time! We've been in our home well over six months now and Joe continues to go above and beyond by helping us to navigate any questions that come up with the builder (we bought a new build house). I couldn't recommend Paul Wallace enough!

My entire experience dealing with Petty Son has been a true pleasure, from discussing the property marketing to agreeing the sale of my property. Both Cathrine and Greg from the Sales team have been extremely professional and helpful, that we had no doubt that we could place our trust in them. During the inactive market times, the waiting time to agree to a sale can be daunting, but the timely communication from Petty Son really ensured that everything is under control and was being progressed to our expectation. I am extremely pleased that Petty Son found me the perfect buyer and have done a great job to follow through as the sales progress. Laura and her team at Woodbury Homes Loughton is one of a kind, they are great with people and run a honest and reliable service. I’m a first timer (letting) and Laura and her team just walked me through all the steps as if I was a friend of the family. 100 percent recommend these guys !
