8th Jul 2022 (1 year ago)I am delighted with the result achieved by Jag at Your Choice. At his suggestion the house was marketed at about £20k more than was proposed by another agent. Jag said that he had a number of prospective buyers who would be interested in this property. I approved the marketing details on a Thursday afternoon. The advert appeared online on Friday and the following Monday there were 11 viewings with an offer at the asking price received within 48 hours. 4 months from start to completion of which 7 weeks was a delay waiting for probate to be granted.

17th Jan 2023 (1 year ago)Booked an appointment a week before, then called again on the morning to confirm. Then again when outside the property. Spoke to the same call handler 3 times in total and after waiting half an hour was told that the agent didn't see us and left. What a joke. Need to be more honest or sort their communication skills out as seriously lacking.

Charlotte Murrie in particular has been incredibly helpful, friendly and endlessly patient throughout the entire process going above and beyond to help and has made the entire process a pleasure. Charlotte has gone out of her way to support me through the house buying process and I would recommend her unequivocally to anyone looking to purchase a house.

They tell you what should be done, tell you when and how it will be done and deliver. They made the whole experience stress-free, were 100% professional, have an outstanding knowledge of the local property market business with the added bonus of amazing value for money and you can't ask for more than that. Thank you to you both!
14th Aug 2023 (9 mo. ago)The person who valued our house and did the sales pitch to us was great, but the person who actually dealt with our sale was terrible. She added no value to the whole process, never answered the phone or called us back, sent really unhelpful emails with no clear actions or asks in there and provided no effort to mediate our chain and keep all parties happy. It felt like she ended up working for our buyer rather than us who were her clients. She also seemed to shy away from difficult news and did everything over email rather than calling and helping to get people on side. I would not recommend. The service was very profesional from viewing, move in and on going comunication. The maintenance team are very profesional and provide regular updates if there is any maintenance required.
