16th Jan 2024 (18 weeks ago)8 Years I had been living in a property managed by Lisa and her team. When we had any issues in the property it was dealt with the next day. We had regular tenant visits from Lisa and her team and nothing was to much for them. Only reason we left was because we bought a house. I wish them all the best.
5th Jan 2024 (19 weeks ago)Worst estate agent I have dealt with. Extremely poor communication. They need to take a lesson on listening instead of speaking over someone. If you want a team of proactive people then sadly this isn't what you will get. They are happy to take a monthly fee but when work needs doing you can forget it.
26th Apr 2024 (24 days ago)This was my husband and I's first experience looking for property in the UK. The agency has been so communicative, accessible, kind and prompt to respond. I have been in contact with a lovely women in their office and a different man met me at the property, gave me the keys and offered to walk me through the unit and he answered all of my questions. We worked with Sam Hawkins and he was fantastic from start to finish. He was professional but also really friendly, easy to talk to and I didn't feel rushed or pressured at all which I find to be so rare. Sam was honest and knowledgeable regarding all parts of the unit and property, and he answered all of my million questions. Thank you!

They also found a property for me and my family which we needed within a week. They organised and carried out all jobs for us and managed every detail. This would have been so very stressful for us to manage. I can honestly say that this is a five star agency You will not regret using Hunt they are experts and a wonderful group of friendly property managers to deal with We cannot thank you enough we are so happy in our new home.

He was very supportive throughout the whole time of the sale, even in the period before we actually decided to go ahead, providing market updates and advice. Very professional, yet friendly and approachable, he made us feel reassured at all times. I would highly recommend given the excellent co-operation and service we received.

26th Apr 2024 (24 days ago)The tenants below me rent via Westmount. The tenants thought they could run a wire across my front door step and this agency agreed with them. Clearly don’t know what the legalities are because the two joint leaseholders asked for it be changed when I said it was in the way and put there without my permission. If anyone thinks this image is ok I’d be shocked. The tennants and Westmount were adamant it could stay like that. I had to waste my time calling the leaseholders to get it changed - who agreed this is not sustainable for the long term. The staff at Westmount were rude and if I were to let my property out I wouldn’t use them.

20th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)They are thief’s, i rented out property from this agency, where fire occurred due to neighbours fault, my propery affected due to that, they promised me to find alternative accommodation and then left me on road without any accommodation, then they didn’t not allowed me to access property to collect my stuff while they given access to thier contractor, when i went for collection at the end after counless calls and emails, i found most of valueable items missing from property, when i inquired from them they said they don’t know anything about it. they were the one only had access to property ,my other remaining stuff was all damaged due to water. Sharon from Leytonstone branch is biggest manipulator, she try to act smart and play political games, i m in process of legal action now . i have instructed solicitors now and i am taking them to the court now i would advise everyone to avoid these thieves. *update* reply to stretton comment Sharon and zita both aware and admitted they took photos of the item and would like to match , then later on zitta said she didn’t took photos of right angels,i can post all emails correspondence screen shot here. Alternative property link they are claiming they provided those were taken from zoopla which i could have find myself. They are absolutely joke. I m in process to take this further and definitely expose them and thier contractors.

Any issues were resolved punctually and communication was smooth. Dan always checked in with us to make sure we were informed, and we found APX to be very proactive at every stage. Highly recommend!

They stood out above other agents we also talked to, and this encouraged us to choose JDM in the first place. The high customer service they demonstrated continued through out the process.
