Was very patient as at some times I was really stressed. The sale took months to go through, but finally today we completed. Thank you everyone at Park Estates. You're a great team.
24th May 2024 (9 days ago)This is my 3rd year contract I'm about to sign. From the beginning from viewing the property all the way to signing the contract and moved in process went very easy and quick without any complications, the flat was absolutely clean and spotless, during my stay in the flat i haven't had any problems or faults, everything done by email and the agents takes things very serious and quickly take action. 23rd Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)Before choosing the Estate Agent to go with, I did a bit of research and what I have read about James was absolutely fantastic. I must say, the care that James put in his job is absolutely outstanding. He literally shows passion through his work. The pictures he took of my property were the best compared to other Estate Agent. Moreover what I have very much appreciated about James it has been his openness and transparency regarding the market possibilities and the actual valuation of the flat. Thank you James for your hard work!
4th Mar 2024 (13 weeks ago)I have had a very good service so far with the tenants recommended by the agency. The tenants are delaying the rental payment though every month which is starting to add a significant amount of anxiety. Hoping the agency helps resolve this. I will update the status here. Update 27-Jan: No commitment from tenants on when the failed rental payment will be paid and agency has not been able to get a concrete answer. Starting to cause severe stress as a landlord. I hope the agency resolves the issue. Update 04-Mar: Rent is being defaulted again. Financial and mental stress continues over multiple months.

Businesses are made up of people and Mylako has some great professionals working there who take the needs and situations of their customers very seriously and it shows with the correction of issues relating to works needing to be done, accounts to be paid and a myriad of other things for which a capable and willing managing agent is essential

15th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would. We booked a viewing with them and although the property was nice. This review is about the frankly incompetent service we received from both Salam and Alex when trying to secure the property. Let's start with Alex. He has to be the laziest/incompetent estate agent I have ever met. He turned up 20 mins late for the viewing. whilst in the property he kept running outside to check on his car rather than actually show us around. After the viewing I asked that he send the paperwork asap so that we could start the process almost 24hrs and numerous phone calls and emails later I still hadn't received anything it wasn't until late on the next day that I received the email (Saturday 3:32pm). Now on to Salam, initially I thought he was innocent in all this but in actuality he's just as bad as Alex. They had both claimed we had first rights to refusal then emailed me back (after I had sent through my details) to say that someone else had placed an offer and that we never had the right to first refusal. Well thankfully it's 2021 and I can screenshot emails (attached to this review). He then tried to claim that they close at 2pm on a Saturday even though Alex sent me his email at 3:32pm. additional online they're opening time state that they are open until 8pm (again I've provided a screenshot). All in all I'm glad that we didn't get the property as I'm sure having these two as our estate agents would have been far worse. Honestly steer clear. Even if the property looks amazing it's not worth it having to put up with these two.

I worked closely with Jason and with his no nonsense business approach he found a buyer and we completed at the end of February 2024. I would highly recommended him and his company to anyone looking to rent or sell. Laurence Davis
