She made the effort to understand my requirements and work to my very limited timetable. Other estate agents treated my requirements as insoluble, but the team at Frank Innes and Rebecca in particular treated me as a valued customer. I am truly impressed.

6th May 2024 (14 days ago)Asked Martin and Dan several times to call back but didn’t , this despite getting offer for sale of property , use cowboy mates local electrical installer , advertised rental at actual half rate of actual rental despite several emails , get attitude when calling , want monies upfront for any remedial work , still no call from Martin the sales manager , normal no care profit interested only organisation .Frank Innes - Burton-Upon-Trent

10th Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)Unprofessional agent. Two viewings arranged where the agents don’t turn up. Complete time wasters incapable of sticking to a diary or communicating. If simple things like a viewing are a chore to this agent what will the complete experience be like. I dare not find out. The team helped us every step of the way, even when things got a little complicated and kept us updated throughout the process. When we did finally exchange they were genuinely over the moon for us. Cant recommend them highly enough.

15th May 2024 (5 days ago)I had a superb experience with Blundells (Crystal peaks Branch). Elysia was genuinely concerned about my housing situation and worked tirelessly to help me get a place. The team facilitated numerous viewings for me and they were always on time. They were also actively involved in ensuring we settled in fine. I am landlord and the exceptional service I have received from him I really do thank dean what an asset to reed rains. Also would like to thank Rebecca and Nick who have also been great through the process with my brother selling his property. Highly recommend.

Thank you Both.- 9th Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)Enquired about a house, sent email on Rightmove and Luke asked when we would like to view, we replied an hour later (midday) the same day with no response. Three days later we hadn’t heard a response so chased what was happening, Luke said he had been on annual leave, but we had received no contact nor an email telling us this, which is why he hadn’t replied - and there was no out of office email on. We then asked to view the next week and was told Luke would arrange. Yet again we had heard no update so we chased AGAIN on the Saturday morning (we called this time) and Luke said he would check. We received a email two hours later and Luke said the vendors would prefer Sunday morning (the next day at 9.30am) as they already had a viewing. We couldn’t do Sunday due to a family emergency and explained this, but Luke pushed Sunday saying that he knew ‘the vendors probably wouldn’t wait that long’ because ‘they had already had an offer come in’ so probably wouldn’t want us viewing 2 days later. If Luke had responded to our initial email 8 days prior to all of this, we could have had a viewing on the house and put an offer in. Poor communication, quite rude and a lack of care shown. We saw another house for sale that we thought we might want to see, but saw it was on with Frank Innes and decided not to bother - luckily it was on with another agent so we have viewed through them. Hilariously, this house we wanted to view initially is still on Rightmove and has apparently sold despite this happening nearly 3 weeks ago. We have been told this morning it will ‘probably be off in the next 24 hours’ but it’s not been off the last 2 weeks so god knows what they’re playing at. Will not be using to sell our house and what an unprofessional experience we have had.

19th Apr 2024 (4 weeks ago)we have completed today thanks to Abbie and her team at Whitegates Heanor. We chose Whitegates after speaking to a few agents. Abbie was very professional and friendly , giving us useful advice for our straight forward sale of our home. Honest and realistic valuation led to a sale within a week. Excellent communication throughout the transaction with all the team. Well done Whitegates! We would recommend to anyone thinking of selling.

28th Apr 2024 (22 days ago)Initial valuation was very good. House sold within 5 days of being on market. Got told by office that initial offer was good & there wasn't any other interest. Considering it was only 4 days in, I wasn't happy with that. I managed to get a little more from the buyers. Otherwise happy with service. The cost included the solicitors fees & I was told that Wigwam would do all the chasing with them. Only time will tell.
