18th Apr 2024 (30 days ago)Excellent service. The price may be higher than other estate agents in the area but you are paying for their expertise and knowledge of Hoddesdon. Our property was initially priced at a value we wanted but it was recommended that we reduce a little at a strategic time in the holiday which resulted in many viewings and eventually the fast sale of our property. The solicitors they recommended (Juno) are also incredibly fast. Very impressed with the team at Hoddesdon. Thank you all for your guidance and professionalism you took the sting out of selling our home. Highly recommended

They do not give back deposits, they take you on a wild goose chase when calling, they are extremely unprofessional and i will be pursuing legal action because of how iv been treated it is disgusting behaviour. Let at your risk!!!!!!!

After dealing with another local estate agent and having the most horrendous experience with them I thought it couldn’t be possible to find an honest, friendly and professional estate agent, well look no further and save yourselves the stress, heartache, money and disappointment, I so wish I had used Kirby Colletti in the first instance. Kirby Coletti have been outstanding, they were excellent in every way possible and are truly superior to any other estate agents that I have had any dealings with ?????????? During our sale, our buyer had pulled out which threw everything up in the air. Wes and Louis managed to find us a new buyer on the same day and saved the whole move. Absolutely recommend Morgan Alexander for any move.

13th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)Really poor service. I have been trying to view a property that is for sale for a while now. The agent keeps messing me around... suggesting dates but never confirming the viewing. The property in question has been up for sale for a very long time and is suspect the inability of prospective viewers to see it will be a large part of the problem. Worse than the above is that the agent just fails to communicate so you never know if a viewing is being arranged or not. I would highly recommend finding another agent if serious about selling your property

The boss didn’t even have the courtesy to reply to an email complaint. Companies House has them listed as in liquidation - not surprised. Avoid at all costs!
