Mr Bulent is without a doubt the key foundation at Peter Barry , and we held every confidence with them due to his presence and conduct. The viewing to completing contracts was as easy as 1.2.3. My partner and I highly recommend and cannot praise them and him especially enough. Thank you guys for impeccable service. 5 stars simply ain’t enough. ????????

The seamless process (which we anticipated to be a nightmare) was purely down to the professionalism and helpfulness of the team. Matt Syme couldn’t have been more help if he tried - always there to answer questions or straighten out any confusion. He really went above and beyond. I would recommend to anyone in the Hoddesdon area to use these guys!
7th Mar 2024 (10 weeks ago)We cannot rate Winkworth highly enough! Our first engagement with Ahmet who valued our property and once agreed set us on our way to getting our house on the market. Ahmet clearly knows his stuff and was a pleasure to deal with being honest, non pushy and as well as getting heavily involved in preparing the house to go on the market. This included meticulously making sure the photography sold the property in the best light. (Winkworths high quality photos were one of the key things that informed our decision to approach them). Whilst Ahmet remained in contact throughout we then mostly dealt with the fantastic Hetal. The service we got from Hetal significantly exceeded our expectations. She went above and beyond to get our property sold and was constantly engaging with us by phone or via a WhatsApp group she had set up with us. Queries were answered almost immediately and never at one point did we feel that we were not high on her priorities. We really can’t speak highly enough of the service we got from Hetal who is a credit to Winkworth. Thank you to all of the team for a truly fantastic service in what was at the time a challenging market. We wish you all continued success!! Sarah and Joe

In particular I would like to give a special mention to Keith Taylor who is always very professional, quick at responding to e mails and therefore resolves any issues promptly and politely. He is a pleasure to deal with and I most certainly recommend him as a wonderful team member!
4th Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)Sebastien Andreu came out to our home to begin the sale process. He was very polite & professional and made us feel comfortable going with KFH for our sale. Liam Huseyin took on the job of selling our house. He was exceptional, his knowledge with every part (and more) of the process was faultless. Any problems or concerns were always dealt with promptly by Liam and he would always make himself available to chat should I just walk in, which I did often. Liam did a superb job on our sale. Also a mention to Beyzan Beyzade who was our contact when Liam was out of the office, she advised and saw that all messages were passed on appropriately. All round a fantastic team to work with!

They do not give back deposits, they take you on a wild goose chase when calling, they are extremely unprofessional and i will be pursuing legal action because of how iv been treated it is disgusting behaviour. Let at your risk!!!!!!!
3rd May 2024 (15 days ago)Started the process as FTB at the end of January 2024 and completed end of March 2024. Couldn’t be happier with the team! We had initial viewing with Jane, who was incredibly friendly and helpful by answering all our questions about the property and submitting our offer. We continued and completed the process with Claire, who was very professional and diligent, helped us throughout the process and resolved all of the issues we encountered. Thank you all!
