They do not give back deposits, they take you on a wild goose chase when calling, they are extremely unprofessional and i will be pursuing legal action because of how iv been treated it is disgusting behaviour. Let at your risk!!!!!!!

After dealing with another local estate agent and having the most horrendous experience with them I thought it couldn’t be possible to find an honest, friendly and professional estate agent, well look no further and save yourselves the stress, heartache, money and disappointment, I so wish I had used Kirby Colletti in the first instance. Kirby Coletti have been outstanding, they were excellent in every way possible and are truly superior to any other estate agents that I have had any dealings with ?????????? We sold and purchased from them and they amazed us from day one, they exceeded all our expectations and kept us updated on every step of they way, they were always courteous, honest and professional. 5th May 2024 (13 days ago)We can't thank Joe, Pete and Pete enough for all of the help they've given us in buying our first home. Joe has been our primary contact throughout and is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. When Joe has been unavailable, Pete and Peter have always been there to support as well. Above all, they have been incredibly ethical which gave us so much more comfort navigating our house purchase for the first time! We've been in our home well over six months now and Joe continues to go above and beyond by helping us to navigate any questions that come up with the builder (we bought a new build house). I couldn't recommend Paul Wallace enough!

After what had been a disastrous year and experience for us trying to sell our property, we immediately loved Catherine! Her warmth friendliness and professionalism was nothing like we had come across in the market. We could really sense her passion for what she does and the fact she genuinely cared about us and wanted the best for us. We did not hesitate in appointing PS&P to sell our property for us which was done swiftly and smoothly, all in a professional way - there were no issues encounters and this really made our busy lives stress free and the experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to sell or purchase!

Laura and her team at Woodbury Homes Loughton is one of a kind, they are great with people and run a honest and reliable service. I’m a first timer (letting) and Laura and her team just walked me through all the steps as if I was a friend of the family. 100 percent recommend these guys !
