8th Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)I just went through the renting process with Churchs. Shermaine was extremely helpful throughout the process and exuded professionalism. Her communication was excellent, and she was constantly assuring me and my wife throughout the process. I would strongly advise anyone considering working with an estate agent to use them. A year later John helped us move into our current home. He went out of his way to ensure we got a bigger house ,at a chepaer price in a much more nicer Neighbourhood. Would highly recommend again and again .

They do not give back deposits, they take you on a wild goose chase when calling, they are extremely unprofessional and i will be pursuing legal action because of how iv been treated it is disgusting behaviour. Let at your risk!!!!!!!

After dealing with another local estate agent and having the most horrendous experience with them I thought it couldn’t be possible to find an honest, friendly and professional estate agent, well look no further and save yourselves the stress, heartache, money and disappointment, I so wish I had used Kirby Colletti in the first instance. Kirby Coletti have been outstanding, they were excellent in every way possible and are truly superior to any other estate agents that I have had any dealings with ?????????? We sold and purchased from them and they amazed us from day one, they exceeded all our expectations and kept us updated on every step of they way, they were always courteous, honest and professional. 26th Aug 2022 (1 year ago)A very Professional team that appear to know the market very well indeed. Very straight forward and tell you how it is with honesty and that was important to us . I have to say they obviously had buyers in their portfolio wanting to buy our home in our location as we had two offers on the table on same day viewing and sold our home in 2 hours living on town park Harlow .

After months of a stressful home search, Nicolas stepped in and made the entire process smooth, efficient, and enjoyable. He found us the perfect place, and I can't thank him enough! I didn’t know the area at all so I was going in blind and ended up viewing the flat following a suggestion from the agent. It turned out to be exactly what I was looking for! There were numerous delays due to a break in the chain on my side but the support and communication from the sales progression team was great and although it took longer than expected it still didn’t feel too stressful!
24th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)The most UNPROFESSIONAL agency I have ever come across. Continously late rental payments, missing rent (still owed), and don't respond to emails or return calls unless chased several times. The only reason they have good reviews is due to the previous owner and their sales agent Naveed who has now left DK who was amazing and always did right by his clients unlike Anil... This is my second review after Anil, the owner of David Key, asked me to remove the first earlier last year as he promised to resolve things, but never did... After David Key failed to rectify a very fixable issue with my property after months of being aware of it, I consequently lost a buyer costing me £10k+ and DK/Anil never once apologised or accepted responsibility for their (lack of) actions. I recently almost lost another buyer due to the lack of action by DK to remove my tenant and the ongoing lies about when he'd be vacating the property. Luckily the actions of the sales agent, helped get the property over the line. I'm still owed rent and money from the tenant's deposit to cover cleaning and rubbish removal, and, as usual, Anil is not responding to our calls and emails.
18th Jan 2024 (17 weeks ago)Almost 2 years with a broken buzzer in the building and Islington Properties does nothing about it. An emergency exit broke in the garage as well, nothing has been done. Completely unprofessional company Update/Reply: Doesn't matter anymore, we changed to a different management company and all is good now.

3rd Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)Wes and Louis were amazing help throughout the sale process. From the first meeting with Wes discussing our plans to move, right up to the day of the sale. During our sale, our buyer had pulled out which threw everything up in the air. Wes and Louis managed to find us a new buyer on the same day and saved the whole move. Absolutely recommend Morgan Alexander for any move.
21st Apr 2024 (27 days ago)Still haven’t heard from nick or Darlyne regarding my invoice due from the 5th of April. I have been emailing, ringing and no communication and when I do speak to someone it’s always just an excuse or they will say they will sort it today. Then nothing happens. I can’t believe how unprofessional and how hard it is to communicate or pay a simple invoice that was sent weeks ago. They have the deposit from the old tenant who is paying for the clean I carried out for them. I went out my way to help them and this is what I get in return…. I want paying my money I’m owed. You have my number and email address!! Thanks Sophie

In particular Sal Hussein (head of sales) and the rest of the team in the sales department including Sacha. I achieved a very good price for my house, the negotiations were brilliantly handled and I am thrilled with the result (I hear the buyers are too!) thanks Sal and team!

Worked around the clock to ensure we were updated with any information revelant to the sale of the house. Mr Cole was very prompt and professional from the first day of showing the property.
