17th Apr 2026 (6 days ago)Upon struggling to find a serious buyer with my property with a 'reputable' chain in the Fulwood area and also being unhappy about speaking to a different person every time I called I reached out to Kingswood and dealt with Phil initially he valued my property assured me they would sell it and I was then introduced to Anthony who managed all of my viewings and contact with potential buyers. Anthony was determined to help me out knowing I was looking for a serious buyer who also met the criteria for a Preston Affordable home scheme. The scheme criteria while over complicated is difficult in itself to find a buyer but Anthony assured me that he would sell my house and get me on my way. Anthony kept up arranging weekly viewings often multiple per week and turned up to every single viewing even though I was also present for them. Anthony and Kingswood were interested in my requirements as a seller and they were determined to help me get on my way. Kingswood found me a serious buyer and my sale has now completed. They kept me updated throughout and managed my frustrations effectively and with patience and Anthony was a star at assuring me and understanding these setbacks and frustrations. I can not reccomend Anthony, Phil and the team at Kingswood enough for selling your property.

Such a great team, all very friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble and they will do anything possible to help you. It is always a pleasure to work with Regenncy Estates

20th Apr 2026 (3 days ago)I had a very positive experience dealing with Entwistle Lettings, and I’d especially like to highlight Ocean Warwick for the excellent service she provided. Ocean was thorough, patient, and always took the time to clearly answer all of my questions and concerns. She kept me well informed throughout and made the whole process much easier and less stressful. Communication was professional and efficient from start to finish. Even when I arrived at the viewing late, she was still all smiles, gracious, and patient — which made a great impression on me. This was my first EVER experience like this with a property agent. I would happily recommend both Entwistle Lettings and Ocean Warwick to others.

After a difficult experience with a previous estate agent who lacked professionalism, working with them was a breath of fresh air. From start to finish, they were supportive, responsive, and incredibly efficient. They kept everything moving smoothly and made what is usually a stressful process feel so much more manageable. Their communication was excellent, always keeping us updated and reassuring us every step of the way. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and their dedication really showed in helping us finally complete on our home. The team were so reassuring and skilled in guiding us through each step. Jess, Kimberley, Nathan and Rob in the office is unbelievably good at pushing solicitors and estate agents alike, as well as keeping us updated. It was really handy having their office so local and I always received a warm welcome when I went into the office. Moving is always stressful but we received regular updates regarding both our sale and purchase which helped put our mind at ease that things were moving along in the process. Overall a positive experience all round.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

She was incredibly helpful, guiding us every step of the way and making what could have been a stressful experience feel much more manageable. Yasmin was always quick to respond to emails, often replying almost immediately and providing clear, helpful feedback. Whenever we had a request, she handled it promptly and did her very best to ensure everything was sorted efficiently. Her dedication really showed as she supported us through all the referencing and checks right up until the keys were handed over. She was consistently friendly, approachable, and professional, which made the whole journey much easier and far less stressful for us. We’re very grateful for her support and would highly recommend her to anyone going through the process.

Harrison was very professional and provided honest information. Harrison followed up as agreed and proposed a new house for us to visit. I would recommend Harrison for his customer service.
