She is the Your Move Carlsberg employee- 20th Apr 2026 (3 days ago)Excellent experience with Your Move, especially Jessica and Sarah. After a bad experience with a previous estate agent who did not deliver on their promises, the difference here was huge. From the start, it felt like I was in good hands. Sarah was very knowledgeable and clearly knew exactly what she was doing. Communication from both Sarah and Jessica was incredible throughout the whole process. They always kept me updated, explained what was happening, and were always available if I needed anything. Nothing was ever too much trouble. No matter what I asked for, they were always happy to help. Sarah even offered to regularly check on my empty flat to make sure everything was OK, which really showed how much they cared. Without doubt the best estate agency I have dealt with. I would recommend them to anyone. Excellent service from start to finish.

20th Apr 2026 (3 days ago)After being with a different agent for some time and feeling I was getting nowhere close to selling my property, I called Sarah Mains and switched over to them. Within a week I had numerous offers to choose from. On accepting the offer, the process has been very quick and smooth. I had regular updates from Sarah Mains and they were always on hand if I needed them for anything. The whole thing has took a small 12 weeks! I am so impressed with the speed of everything and grateful for the help to sell my home! Thank You

Special mentions to the lady who turned up at viewings for us and also the lovely team answering the phones. Gina, i'm sure went above and beyond her duties to find information for me and keep me abreast of what was happening. If you are looking for an estate agent for either selling or buying Good Life have the friendliest team and honestly 5 stars is not enough.

21st Apr 2026 (2 days ago)Referencing process is excessive and intrusive even after submitting payslips and bank statements, they still ask for full bank transaction access. Holding deposit is taken immediately (non-refundable), while delays continue. On top of that, responses are often rude and unhelpful.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

My property was quite old and unique, so it needed a more thoughtful and tailored approach — which they absolutely delivered. Katrina was my main point of contact and was excellent throughout — incredibly understanding, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile. She took the time to really get to grips with the property and how best to present it. I also really appreciated the support from Denise, Megan, Hazel, and Alex, who all played a part in making the process run smoothly. I received lots of helpful advice along the way, from pricing to preparation, which made a big difference. They were also really strong when it came to negotiations and did a great job managing timelines, which helped keep everything on track and reduced a lot of potential stress. More generally, the whole team have a brilliant demeanour — really friendly, approachable, and easy to deal with. It was always simple to pick up the phone and speak to someone, and I never felt like I was being rushed or brushed off. Communication was consistent and clear, and I always felt supported and well-informed. Selling a more unusual home could have been stressful, but they made it feel much more manageable. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone, especially if your property needs a bit more care and attention than the standard sale.
