23rd May 2026 (1 day ago)Our experience started positively with helpful initial discussions around pricing, marketing and the sales approach. The team was professional and approachable in the early stages. However, communication and follow up later became disappointing. There was a prolonged period with very limited updates, and despite reaching out to ask for progress and requesting a call back, we did not receive the level of communication we had expected. This left us uncertain about the status of the sale process and ultimately reduced our confidence in continuing through the agency route. We appreciate the support provided at the beginning and understand that delays can happen, but clearer communication and more proactive updates would have made a significant difference.

The staff have been amazing. Every one of them have been on the ball and made the process as smooth as possible for us and have been speedy with replies and information. Sian, kaitlyn, Owen and the rest of the teams exceptional customer service/care has made (usually) a stressful situation a breeze. We can’t wait to get our keys and move in!! Thanks ??????

1st May 2026 (23 days ago)It’s hard to describe the poor service we have received from Northwood. If you are a tenant and your hot water goes off, please be prepared to wait at least 6 weeks + for this to be fixed. They outsource their maintenance to a company that is incapable of sourcing anything quickly (we have been left over 4 weeks now without a washing machine and are still waiting for this to be resolved). When this has happened in the past with a different letting agent, this was sorted within 2 days. You can try chasing Northwood to get an update but you will be met with people saying they will get back to you the same day and never do. If you are a landlord and are looking to let Northwood manage your property, I would highly suggest you DO NOT use them. If we didn’t love where we live so much, their service is enough to make us move.
20th May 2026 (4 days ago)I rarely leave good reviews, but Atlas have really went above and beyond on my property sale. Compared to any other agent in Liverpool (I've worked with 4) they are miles ahead. It was great to get their automated updates each time a milestone was completed and documents were received. And most importantly, Claire Caplan has been such a pleasure to work with, particular around challenging times when buyer was quite frankly behaving irrationally going back and forth with repeat house viewings. I will not hesitate to recommend them again for anyone looking to sell their property in Liverpool painlessly.
5th May 2026 (19 days ago)I had a very positive experience with Leaders Estate Agency during the sale of my property. From start to finish, the process was handled professionally and efficiently. As I live quite far from the property and it was tenanted, I was concerned about managing everything remotely. However, Mr Michael Foreman made it completely stress-free. He coordinated everything seamlessly, including arranging contractors to redecorate the property, which saved me a great deal of time and effort. The sale went through smoothly, and communication was always clear and prompt. I felt supported throughout the entire process and confident that everything was being managed to a high standard. I’m very satisfied with the service I received and would highly recommend Leaders Estate Agency to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

12th May 2026 (12 days ago)I've been speaking with Kate, Karlee and primarily Tia at North Wall Property for a number of weeks now whilst searching for our dream home, and we’ve been so impressed with the level of customer service and attentiveness throughout. Although we haven’t quite found “the one” yet, the team have been absolutely lovely to deal with and have really filled us with confidence during the process. Communication has been excellent, which has honestly been a breath of fresh air compared to some other experiences we’ve had. Whilst most only seem to care for the vendors, North Wall from a buyers perspective has been refreshing. Nothing ever feels too much trouble and the whole team genuinely seem to care about helping people find the right home. Lynn has also carried out a number of viewings with us and has been brilliant, so warm, welcoming and easy to talk to. North Wall have definitely stood out to us and we’re sure they’ll help us find the home we’re looking for. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
