I originally chose Nick Griffith to sell my father's house simply because they had sold a house opposite to my father's. I am, however, very glad that I did. I live about 100 miles away and I felt that everything was in safe hands although I was so far away. They dealt with any queries/problems with the utmost professionalism and I am pleased to say the house sold at the asking price

5th Mar 2026 (27 days ago)I would highly recommend The Property Centre when buying or selling a property. The process was made smoother by all the staff I dealt with. I could always speak to someone very quickly when I needed to and they pushed things along when needed.
23rd Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Unbelievably stupid and desperate. I moved a year ago and fortunately used the Property Centre who were amazing . RA Bennett ring me every week to check if I still want to move house ( I told them I’d moved last March ) - sometimes every day. Just leave me alone !

He communicated clearly and kept me updated at every stage, which made everything much less stressful. He was knowledgeable about the property market and always willing to answer any questions. I felt supported from start to finish, and his advice was very useful when making important decisions. Overall, the service was efficient and reliable. They are always friendly, professional and positive and I would highly recommend. Special mention goes to Stephanie at the start of the process and Jade at the end but everyone was fantastic.

Having worked with three different Cheltenham letting agents over the past 12 years, I can confidently say that Karl Turner and his team are by far the best. They have always been supportive, responsive, and extremely helpful with all aspects of lettings. Karl’s extensive property experience and in-depth local knowledge make a real difference and are invaluable to any landlord. Estate Agent. I recently sold two properties through Martin & Co and would highly recommend Karl Turner and the sales team. They did everything they could to ensure both sales were as smooth and stress-free as possible. Karl and Beth were friendly, professional, and a pleasure to deal with throughout. Their strong local knowledge and excellent negotiation skills helped secure quick sales on both properties. Communication was outstanding—I was kept informed and updated every step of the way, which made the whole process much easier and more reassuring.
16th Mar 2026 (16 days ago)I have used Kurt Gonzales previously to sell a family home, I was very impressed with his efficiency and friendlly attitude that I used him again. Kurt is very hands on and will not only help you sell your property but will ensure you receive the care you expect. I cannot speak more highly of him and he has become a family friend. If you need to sell or buy a property and need it to be as stress free as possible, give Kurt a call, he will take as much off of your shoulders as he can. I cannot sell his services enough!

Their communication with us was exceptional, always checking in, discussing the market, making sure we were informed at every step through the process. If we were to move again, we would not hesitate to ask Dan and his team to see our house for us. Thank you. ????
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

6th Mar 2026 (26 days ago)We selected Cook Residential to sell our apartment because we’d had a positive experience with them in the past and their valuation of the property seemed realistic. We are very glad that we made this decision as the sale on this occasion proved difficult for reasons outside their control but they remained effective and positive throughout. We had dealings with a number of their staff, all of whom were invariably friendly and polite, but during the prolonged conveyancing process it was specifically Zack Wojtowicz who made the difference. With unfaltering tenacity he kept the momentum going by liaising regularly with both sets of solicitors, ensuring that the appropriate next steps were identified and the necessary actions taken, and he was assiduous in keeping us informed of progress on a regular weekly basis. His calm, positive approach, sound advice , combined with his expertise and effective communication, made all the difference – without his interventions the process would potentially have taken much longer and would certainly have been considerably more stressful.
