We were kept informed the whole time and dealt with professionally and with kindness - despite some complications near the end. A fantastic experience all round!

I highly recommend them: especially Yolande and Cameron who were both very helpful, highly efficient and lovely to work with. I have dealt with lots of letting agents over the years, but I can honestly say this is the first time where the whole process was seamless and stress-free! Thank you team; I'm glad I discovered you!

7th May 2026 (17 days ago)As sellers, we appreciated the support and advice from Neil Buck during the fraught period between agreeing terms with our buyers and exchange of contracts. Sam Smith gave us her attention to detail whenever needed. However, we had to reduce our price to agree a sale and Perry Bishop's fee was based on the original offer price - in retrospect we wished we had agreed a percentage fee arrangement.

Their service (both lettings and sales) was always very helpful and professional, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else. 30th Apr 2026 (24 days ago)The three sales agents seemed very nice and friendly and listened to our comments and feedback on the brochure creation etc. We were pleased to get a lot of interest in our property from the advertising and a lot of viewings were arranged through our agency. Each viewer was accompanied by one of the agents and our house was treated respectfully. We were delighted to receive an offer of the asking price in just one week. Their standard forms were out of date with quotations for EPC pricing etc. Their standard details of the immediate area were also considerably out of date - a Farm shop was mentioned that had closed five years ago!

He was proactive and very well prepared. I would highly recommend him.! I would absolutely recommend Moveli, over using one of the big impersonal high street chains

Bernadette and Natalia were extremely helpful, going beyond helpful to assist and impart information for me. This was a worthwhile visit to Belvoir, Bath Road culminating in my travelling to a few of the areas they suggested which fitted my brief. Mary was insightful and reassuring - although not successful in selling my property this was certainly not fown to effort ir engagement. I felt informed and supported throughout.
