I recommend them to everyone because they’re not only highly professional when helping you find a home, but also incredibly patient and supportive throughout the whole process. Thanks to them, I was able to rent a beautiful home, and I’ve never once regretted choosing them. I was lucky enough to be looked after by Dawn Linfoot, who was absolutely wonderful. Even after I moved in, they emailed me a couple of days later just to check how I was settling in and enjoying my new place — a small gesture that meant a lot.

14th May 2026 (10 days ago)Having just bought a house through Haybrook I would try to avoid in the future , I've never known an estate agent try to talk you out of having a survey done or all the checks such as electrics, boiler etc. I was made to feel bad for wanting these things sorted before I moved in. Once moving in it was apparent why. It's all about a quick sale and commission for them.

The team was professional, friendly, and highly efficient throughout the entire process. They made everything smooth and stress-free, always keeping me informed and providing clear guidance along the way. Their communication was outstanding, with quick responses to any questions and a genuine willingness to help. The attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high standard of service really stood out. I would highly recommend Leaders Fallowfield to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy letting and estate agent. A truly five-star experience!
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
7th May 2024 (2 years ago)I had a pleasant stay throughout the year and 6 months plus,from the moment I stepped in their offices I met one agent namely muktah,he was very helpful,a very kind man who knows how to communicate with people,if u have issues he will always be there to help,in life u can never predict ur future,sometimes u hit rock bottom and if u don't have an agent who undestands your struggles you'll definitely have a rough time in the property,i recommend Hallam Hills to a friend whose looking for a place to stay,ask for muktah when u step in their offices you'll never regret it,he's the best of the best ????.

They were both very approachable and friendly with positive attitudes. Both of them at the end of a phone if I needed them, with plenty of updates all the way through. I highly recommend this estate agent.
