6th Jun 2026 (8 days ago)I would rate 2Roost Estate Agents as average overall — you get what you pay for. They initially valued my property around £25,000 higher than what it eventually sold for, which I found disappointing and unrealistic. The staff were friendly throughout the process and the photographs they took of the property were very good. However, I felt the overall service lacked experience and professionalism at times. On one occasion, my front door was left open overnight due to carelessness, which was completely unacceptable. I also felt there was little flexibility with viewings outside of standard hours, as evening appointments after 5pm were not really accommodated or proactively discussed with me. In addition, some of the offers put forward to me felt unrealistic and far below expectations. While the service was not terrible, it was fairly mediocre overall. Looking back, I probably would have chosen a more established estate agent, even if it meant paying slightly higher fees. Ultimately, you pay peanuts, you get monkeys — lesson learned on my part.

13th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Ms Taylah Ripley, of Blundell's Estate Agents, Woodseats, was extremely helpful throughout our search for a property to let. We had previously enquired about a property, which proved to be unsuitable for us. Ms Ripley subsequently telephoned and brought the availability of another property to our attention. Ms Ripley arranged a viewing for us very quickly. She was always friendly, helpful and highly professional and went out of her way to provide us with every possible assistance throughout the process of arranging the tenancy. We are very grateful to her.

13th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I honestly can’t recommend Hannah Williams (Senior Lettings Negotiator) at William H Brown enough. From start to finish she was so friendly, bubbly, and genuinely lovely to deal with. She made the whole process feel so much less stressful because she was always easy to talk to, kept me constantly updated, and replied to my emails so quickly. She truly went above and beyond for us and did absolutely everything she possibly could to help. Unfortunately, due to our own circumstances, we ended up renting through another estate agent, but that had nothing to do with her at all. If anything, I would have chosen that property purely because of how much I enjoyed dealing with her! She is an absolute credit to William H Brown and I really hope she does amazingly well in her career there because she completely deserves it for all of her hard work, professionalism, and fantastic personality.

He was very reassuring when our selling process became a bit protracted and maintained great communications between us and the buyers. This really helped us to feel confident and worry less! Would definitely recommend Blundells and Jenson.

Saxton Mee helped me at every stage holding my hand throughout the process . Their kindness and patience was amazing , Olivia sorted out great marketing and was always available for advice .We achieved a quick successful sale . I really could not recommend them enough . Andrew kept me in the loop throughout what was a very long process and maintained constant communication. When issues arose with solicitors he helped me to resolve them and drove the sale forward. 7th May 2024 (2 years ago)I had a pleasant stay throughout the year and 6 months plus,from the moment I stepped in their offices I met one agent namely muktah,he was very helpful,a very kind man who knows how to communicate with people,if u have issues he will always be there to help,in life u can never predict ur future,sometimes u hit rock bottom and if u don't have an agent who undestands your struggles you'll definitely have a rough time in the property,i recommend Hallam Hills to a friend whose looking for a place to stay,ask for muktah when u step in their offices you'll never regret it,he's the best of the best ????.
15th May 2026 (30 days ago)We had 4 agents to evaluate our house and although they were all efficient there was one that stood out from the crowd. Melissa from Morfitt Smith was extremely knowledgeable about the area, the type of potential buyers, realistic about the asking price, and we felt that the service from a local agent would be more suitable for us. Once we made the decision to use Morfitt Smith, they were very quick to arrange the photographs, which were amazing, and to list the property. We immediately had a lot of viewings arranged and received several offers straight away one of which we accepted with their help and guidance. The communication was fantastic, by text and email, we were kept informed of everything by Lauren, our dedicated contact in the office. We're now looking forward to a smooth process through to the exchange of contracts. We are very happy we made the decision to go with Morfitt Smith, they have been so friendly, professional and efficient in what is potentially a stressful time, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

21st May 2025 (1 year ago)We have used Kelham Square for several years now to handle our rental portfolio, we have always found them very good and efficient. We did therefore instruct them to handle the recent sale of one of our properties. Again, there were no major problems, and the sale went through smoothly and efficiently. Stacy was especially good, chasing solicitors and keeping us always informed as to where things were. We would not hesitatate to use them again.

26th Mar 2026 (11 weeks ago)Shaz was our estate agent for both the purchase of our new house and the sale of our previous house. We cannot recommend him enough. He went above and beyond throughout the whole process. He was incredibly contactable and responded extremely quickly. No question or query was too much for him and he made the whole process as smooth as possible due to his communication. He gave us excellent advice when it came to offer price and also sale price and he helped us negotiate on price when the survey flagged some issues requiring repair. Shaz genuinely cares about both the buyer and vendor in this process, which makes a huge difference compared to other estate agents we have interacted with over the years. If we ever move house again in the future we will be using EweMove again and I will be recommending them and Shaz to anyone else I know planning a move!

6th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Our purchase was a bit of a nightmare all things considered with lots of hiccups at each stage and very slow (nothing to do with Blundells) but Katy was great, she was friendly, helpful, quick to respond to any enquiries and gave me lots of practical assistance moving things along as well as just general advice which as a first time buyer was invaluable. She is an absolute star ??????. Very happy with the service I received- 26th May 2026 (19 days ago)recently started looking for a rental property and Elysia was by far the best agent I had contact with. If a property I was interested in had been taken, she called me to let me know straight away, and let me know of any suitable properties available and she put me at ease during the whole process. I had applied for a more than one property over several estate agents, and Blundells application is heads and shoulders above the rest. Within 30 mins of completing my application, it let me know I was accepted - other agents had sent out photocopies of forms to fill in, which, even with working in IT, I found very difficult to do and almost gave up on them.
