My purchase wasn’t the most straightforward (through no fault of theirs), but Ebba, Angela and the rest of the team were consistently supportive and responsive throughout. I couldn’t have asked for more from an estate agent.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

The whole team are committed, enthusiastic and professional. From day one I felt absolutely confident that Josh and his associates were interested in my specific needs and could support me through a complicated sale. I'm able to recommend them without hesitation. If you want prompt, personal and very professional service from a team dedicated to delivering your requirements, then Cox and Co have got to be your first choice. They offered helpful, trustworthy advice and were the most reliable estate agents we worked with in the sale and purchase of our new property. Richard, the sales progressor really understood and worked to our moving deadline and kept us updated as the transaction reached completion. We cannot recommend enough. Thank you
6th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)Daisy, Kelly, Jackie, Kirsten and Bob were all brilliant during the property purchase process and kept nudging it along when things slowed down, remained patient but never lost sight and stayed encouraging when I was losing the will. After the purchase Daisy and Kelly have continued to support with my questions and concerns around those things that you find out only when you get the keys. I've felt supported through the process and after completion. I'm so grateful for the support of such a great team. Highly recommended.

When issues needed resolving fast it was great to have someone like Aimee and Charlotte responding with detailed information and solutions. If the oportunity to rent from Leaders comes up again we would definitely do it again.
