5th May 2026 (19 days ago)Last week on Friday I saw a property 2 bedroom on Chaucer Street with my wife. The young estate agent was fantastic. Honest and geniune and knows her stuff we didn't know the area and her research was top notch. Now I have had a dodgy experience through estate agents referring to J. G. Northampton. It was refreshing to ask this young lady questions and she answered them with distinction. Top notch. Very happy with the service she provided.

28th Apr 2026 (26 days ago)First dealing with O'Riordan Bond. Refusal to give holding deposit and argued that an IVA wasnt disclosed but was clearly disclosed in black and white. When confronted spoken with Clare, service was appalling and was heard smiling over the phone. If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolute joke, would not use and would suggest anyone to look elsewhere.

Dads' home ticked boxes but was niche which meant it was not easiest property to sell. I would highly recommend this Estate Agent to market and sell your property, their knowledge and marketing skills are excellent. I was kept in the loop what was happening. A big thank you Julia

Each member of the team couldn’t have done more to make the process both smooth and efficient. Special mention to Sam, her attention to detail, communication and knowledge was exceptional. A genuine credit to the industry. We will 100% be using them again in the future. Highly recommended.

They’re professional, organised, friendly, and always a pleasure to deal with. The communication is excellent, and they consistently provide work opportunities and support. It’s refreshing to work with a company that values good relationships and professionalism so highly. I’d highly recommend Chelton Brown to anyone looking for a reliable and well-run block management company.
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
18th May 2026 (6 days ago)We were unexpectedly put in the position of having to sell our parents home in Daventry. We spoke to a few estate agents but Amanda Loydall from Campbells was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and gave us great confidence that we would sell the property and in a timely manner which is what we needed to hear. I would say I have had bad experiences in the past with Estate Agents however the process with Campbells has been seamless and exactly how Amanda explained it would be. We received an email outlining what would happen, the contacts we needed and a solicitor. We had a process where the potential buyers would view the property over 2/3 days and they were all vetted to make sure they were suitable for the property. This worked so well and we were very impressed by how smoothly this process was and we were informed every step of the way. We also had a what’s ap group which gave us quick connections and information throughout the process. We would like to thank Amanda and her team at Campbells for making this a smooth successful process and would highly recommend Campbells for your property journey.O'Riordan Bond - Weston Favell

The whole process was smooth from start to finish with regular updates, and nothing being too much trouble. Id like to give a special mention to Chelsea and Steph for being so professional and keeping us updated throughout. I would 100% recommend and use again in the future. A big thank-you to all the team.

18th May 2026 (6 days ago)Got introduced to Ryan Booth through a mutual friend whilst looking into moving to the UAE with the family… honestly, wish I never did. Constantly available on the phone answering endless questions about areas, schools, visas, setting up a business and property. Somehow always replies, which is actually quite annoying. Ended up helping us buy our first overseas property as well, made the whole process far too easy and now we’re even more convinced on the move. Terrible bloke really… far too knowledgeable and way too easy to deal with. Wouldn’t recommend… unless you actually want someone who knows what they’re talking about.??????????????????
