Special mention to Zoe, whose exceptional people skills made a real difference. She kept us informed at every stage, ensuring we felt comfortable and confident in all our dealings with the process. The entire team made what could have been a stressful time feel smooth and straightforward – this includes the extremely efficient and helpful telephone staff that often took our calls and reassured us. Highly recommend Brown and Co for anyone looking to buy or sell – they truly go above and beyond.

Whenever we have an issue in our property Saffron is always straight on it and has never failed to not keep in touch with updates and she’s so easy to talk to! She always goes above and beyond to get things sorted and we’ve always appreciated it! So we just want to say thankyou on the behalf of me and my partner :)

They all need training including their managers as it’s a shambles dealing with them and from hear on out I will make sure they’re never recommended. What a fantastic pair these two are. They are so friendly, professional and easy to talk to. I am delighted to say that after a difficult selling experience with previous agents, Your Move has got us a sale going through again! Wow! We are so pleased! Ellie and Andrea have put our minds at ease all the way through the process. They have both been so lovely to speak to and really personable. I really felt like I knew them both personally and they took the time to speak to me whenever I called. Nothing was ever too much trouble! Unlike other estate agents that can make you feel like you are just 'a number', Ellie and Andrea knew our situation well and understood the worries we had from the beginning having had chains collapse on us previously. They were both knowledgeable, professional, friendly and genuine. I honestly can't speak any higher of them! In addition, a special mention goes to Michael who carried out viewings for us when we were unable to do them ourselves due to work commitments. Thank you so much all of you! 14th May 2026 (4 weeks ago)Wouldn’t use this agent again to help find a property. Communication was very poor throughout the process. We viewed a property back in February and were initially told the landlord wouldn’t accept our application. Later, after the property had not had many viewings, they accepted an application from us. We were completely transparent from the start about a recently paid-off CCJ. After going through referencing, we were left waiting only to eventually be told the landlord decided not to proceed after another interested party came along. This could and should have been communicated much earlier. The agency seems to prioritise landlord decisions at the expense of customer care and basic communication. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Nothing was too much for them. The only reason I gave 3 stars for value for money is that I think Estate Agents fees (all of them) are too high. I would 100% recommend Starkey and Brown. Thank you ??????
21st May 2026 (24 days ago)I couldn’t fault either of the agents that have helped me, Danni was amazing from the get go, at the viewing she made me feel at ease instantly, she listened to my needs and has helped me every step of the way, I couldn’t fault her and I feel it wouldn’t of gone so smoothly if it wasn’t for her, when Danni was unavailable Jess help me who in turn was amazing too, I really appreciate everything that has been done for me and my daughter, I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a property to speak to Danni, thank you guys you have been fantastic.

I'm a first time buyer so was just putting up with it at first, but everytime I look elsewhere for understanding I find out just how much this agency is not working in line with normal expectations. They provide no information then chase you as if you're a nuisance. Information from them doesn't match up with what I get from my solicitors. The entire process has been much more stressful than necessary and I'm ridiculously disappointed. I have family moving up North and with how bad this process has been I'm at a point where I would encourage them to miss out on great properties just to avoid dealing with Lovelle Hykeham

I recently had some trouble at the end of my tenancy and they were so helpful, going out of their way to offer as much support as they could! 24th May 2024 (2 years ago)This is the third time I have used Pridea to sell a property. Exactly the same experience every time. The property sells quickly with one robust sale that goes through to completion. Not my experience of using other estate agents in the area.
28th Jun 2025 (11 mo. ago)Great communication, regularly called to give updates or discuss how to increase traffic to our adverts if views were down. Never once told us to reduce our price which other agents often did as a method the gain interest.

13th Aug 2025 (10 mo. ago)From the first time we meet Charlotte we was really impressed we felt she very friendly and had our best interest in mind she gave us the confidence to sell our property and look for a property that was more suitable for us. We are now much happier in our dream property that we would never have purchased if it was not for Charlotte giving us some confidence. Claire who we never meet but was just has friendly and kept us up to date on how sale was going and chasing solicitors etc. We are glad everything worked out in the end and would definitely recommend Charlotte and Claire to any body buying or selling Michael/Alison Whelan
