He matched the property to my requirements, phoned after the viewing to see how I got on, followed up with messages on a weekend he wasn't working and his actions have allowed me to secure a property within less than 2 days. Excellent customer service and communication and fast acting sending memos. Really impressed!

I’m very happy with them and in particular with a lady called Hannah who is my Property Coordinator. She is always very polite, friendly and helpful and a go between for myself and the tenants. She deals with all enquiries promptly and keeps me updated on a regular basis when needed. Couldn’t be happier with her.

Angie who co-ordinated the sale was brilliant. Communication was frequent and useful and she was very proactive in her advice to help the sale go through as quickly and efficiently as possible.
8th Apr 2026 (15 days ago)I was selling a retirement lease hold property on behalf of a family member. Walmsley are very knowledgeable about these types of properties having sold them before and guided me with in-depth knowledge and professional practical advice. Kept me up to date with viewings, with regular feedback. Although the whole process was arduously longer than it needed to be, (the buyers slow Solicitor). Paula was amazing at keeping me informed, either calling me or emailing. She was patient and kind, with added humour which helped keep my spirts up when I was feeling at my most defeated. She is a super star! I would highly recommend Walmsley in Caversham to anyone thinking of selling or buying. They made everything feel smooth and stress-free, always keeping me informed and providing clear, helpful advice. Their knowledge of the Peterborough property market was excellent, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled quickly and professionally. Communication was always prompt and reassuring, which made a real difference. I would highly recommend Mandairs Estate Agents Peterborough to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy estate agent. A truly five-star experience!
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. Calls always answered in a timely manner, issues looked into and resolved by Sarah or Mel keeping the process moving along as needed. Owen and Kristy accompanied us on viewings, not being local they gave us further insights on the location which was useful. All in all a pro active Estate Agent delivering a quality service.
