Well established with staff that have been there over 10 years so they know my property inside out - unlike other agents with a more transient staff turnover. Most importantly, he never wastes our time and has a great ability to understand exactly what we are looking for in a property. Throughout our experience, he has been extremely professional and clearly values his clients just as much as they value him. He is reliable, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and very respectful. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a letting agent.

I have never met anyone from the company as I live a distance away but feel I know them all well. From renting to sales to support ( Lyndsay in particular) I could not recommend them enough. 6th Apr 2026 (7 weeks ago)Avoid using their dodgy lawyers - estimate was £2.6K and total bill was £3.7K. Plus Prospect get a £500 commission from the ‘conveyancers’ for referring us. Just instruct a local law firm to act for you in a purchase/sale

Jessica Philips has been our manager for the property that we rent in Reading and has been very helpful right from the day we moved in, all our queries get sorted so quickly and she is very much helpful and polite in responding to us which is very important as tenants we do look to have a good and understanding manager.

23rd May 2026 (1 day ago)I honestly can’t thank Trudy and Greg at Winkworth Reading enough for everything they did during the sale of my house. Selling a property can be incredibly stressful, but Trudy in particular went above and beyond to keep the process moving and, quite frankly, kept me sane throughout it all. She was proactive, persistent, reassuring and always kept me updated. When things became tense towards exchange and completion, she was constantly chasing solicitors, brokers and buyers to make sure everything stayed on track. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for her. Greg was also fantastic behind the scenes and incredibly helpful whenever things needed sorting quickly. Together they made a brilliant team. What really stood out was the genuine care and humour they brought to the process — they made a very stressful experience feel manageable and human. I always felt supported and knew they were fighting my corner. If you’re selling in Reading, I would wholeheartedly recommend the Winkworth Reading team. Thank you again, Trudy and Greg — you were amazing.

Met him during the viewing and he has supported us since. He was very knowledgeable and on the ball, couldn’t commend any higher!!!!- 15th May 2026 (9 days ago)I was impressed with the knowledge of the agent who came to value the house. I struggled a little initially with communication as would be told something would be followed up in an email but the email never materialised. They were open to being told of my frustration and came up with a better way to communicate by setting up a WhatsApp group. Their commission is higher than most other agents. They had a steady flow of viewings and weee able to sell.
- 18th May 2026 (6 days ago)The process of moving in was one of the most difficult things I’ve done. When we moved into the house it was left in a shocking state. A previous check in clerk warned against using Romans as they always try to deduct as much as possible from your deposit and 2 years later the ya exactly playing out how I was warned.

24th Apr 2026 (30 days ago)DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. RUDE AND TRY TO INTIMIDATE STUDENTS AND TAKE ADVANTAGE. They are awful. Rude and confrontational. We have had multiple issues with the house they have rented us, saying its not their problem and that we should go to the landlady, when realistically they should help. we have been yelled at in the house we are renting from them in front of other potential tenants which not only was an embarrassing situation but also totally uncalled for and unprofessional just like when they opened my mail. when we complained about the viewing being over an hour late the "CEO" (Asiff) replying with "you have been complaining non stop so I am just going to ignore you". Disgusting human imo. THE ONE STAR IS FAKE.

He was proactive and very well prepared. I would highly recommend him.! I would absolutely recommend Moveli, over using one of the big impersonal high street chains

19th May 2026 (5 days ago)The entire Sears team, especially Jessica, Keira, and Freddie, have been absolutely excellent from minute one. From the initial viewing right the way through to contract signings, arranging the inventory, and to payments, the team were always on-hand to assist in any way possible, whilst ensuring replies were prompt and clear. As someone who rented for 6 years in a previous property, I felt like a renting newbie again! But Sears have been a faultless, reassuring partner throughout.

Although Lewis was not at DT back then he has been fantastic throughout the whole process of selling the property as were all his colleagues. His communication with the buyers was faultless and he was able to iron out any questions that arose. Thank you Lewis
