27th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)Purchase of my property was a very difficult process. The only thing that was easy was knights. Andrew the sales progressor worked tirelessly to ensure my purchase went through. Even with obstacles and hurdles he made sure I stayed well informed and made sure I got my keys. I would advise anybody buying or selling to use knights as without them this process wouldn’t have been completed. I will be using them again in the future.

Wiktoria was incredibly helpful in finding a great property that suited my needs. She conducted the viewing in a very professional manner, was well-prepared, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I would also like to commend Anastasia for her professionalism and excellent communication throughout. She was always responsive, clear, and supportive, which made a big difference in my overall experience. Both Wiktoria and Anastasia demonstrated a high level of dedication and customer service, and I truly appreciate their efforts. Thank you for having such a great team.

17th Mar 2026 (15 days ago)Beth murphy is lovely she made sure to keep us updated and push things along when things were going slower and very helpful. also the lady who showed us round the flats was lovely too because we didn’t have a car at that point and she kindly drove us round. the only thing i’d say is don’t use the conveyancers they reccomend.. super expensive

Tonisha has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process — from the initial viewing through to getting us settled in and arranging a few small jobs that needed completing. 28th Mar 2026 (4 days ago)From our first call back regarding a potential property to rent with Romans, we spoke to Jake Matschy who provided the most professional and friendly service, and was more than happy to answer all of the many questions we had throughout the process! Every step of the way from initial enquiries, property viewing, the tenancy reference process and finally signing our tenancy agreement, Jake was incredibly helpful in explaining what to expect and in getting back to us promptly to answer our queries. We couldn't have received a more professional, friendly and genuinely helpful service during such a nerve-wracking - albeit exciting - time! Jake made this a truly positive experience for us by keeping us in the loop throughout the process and has been by far the most responsive professional we have spoken to in our many months of making queries - Jake is a credit to the Romans team!

They were professional, responsive, and handled the entire process—including managing viewings around my tenant—with total care. A huge shout-out to Imani, who was brilliant with the sale and viewings, and to Chanelle, who was a total superstar with the chasing and paperwork. Together, they pushed everything through to reach exchange within just two months. It’s rare to find a team this proactive. Highly recommended!- 21st Mar 2026 (11 days ago)Our chain sale process was complicated with months of waiting for the legal work to finish and vast documentations, but Ross, Akansha & their team were throughout the process of this long 5 months by constantly supporting and updating us with the development. Though it was a very hectic process but because of them our transition was extremely smooth as Akansha kept us updated throughout the process and on the day of exchange of the contract, Ross was constantly updating us with the latest information so, we were well informed throughout the process. 100% going to recommend them to my friends and family. Very professional team and extremely helpful.

- 10th Mar 2026 (22 days ago)Needing to find a place at short notice, Nathan, Mark and Steve were excellent at helping me get a somewhere which suited me. I should have used Romans, Tilehurst, much sooner, as they got everything done, ASAP. They have a range of places to rent that suit any price bracket. Lorriane, the Move in Manager, was professional and collecting my keys was done as arranged. In the future, I will use Romans, Tilehurst. Romans, Tilehurst are the best Estate Agent that I've dealt with and I will use them in the future. I know what I'm getting with Romans and I trust them with the landlords that they represent.
12th Nov 2025 (20 weeks ago)Previously left a good review because we managed to find a house and the estate agent Mr Khan specifically requested us to leave a good review for him. Have changed it because as actual tenants of the house, when they were organizing house viewings, the first 2 times they came for house viewings with NO PRIOR warning, which is a breach of contract. They then solved the bug in their system, and proceeded not to come to for the allocated time they emailed us with, which is not a direct breach of contract, but was very unprofessional. These were the 3 times where Mr Khan came in for house viewings technically without prior warning, while the other agencies coming for house viewings were able to inform us appropriately and WITHIN the contract. Mr Khan then proceeded to say that he wanted to stop advertising the house altogether because he knew that we would "kick a fuss". But we feel that the actions we took were professional and necessary where we informed them in person and emphasized the severity accordingly as they were clearly breaching the contract. Overall, great for prospective tenants, but horrible for actual tenants.
16th Mar 2026 (16 days ago)I have used Kurt Gonzales previously to sell a family home, I was very impressed with his efficiency and friendlly attitude that I used him again. Kurt is very hands on and will not only help you sell your property but will ensure you receive the care you expect. I cannot speak more highly of him and he has become a family friend. If you need to sell or buy a property and need it to be as stress free as possible, give Kurt a call, he will take as much off of your shoulders as he can. I cannot sell his services enough!
27th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Avocado have been a pleasure to deal with throughout. Their marketing was superb and customer service has been exceptional throughout. I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!

She was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about the property, answering all of our questions clearly and honestly. Abbie made us feel comfortable throughout the viewing and gave us plenty of time to explore the space without feeling rushed. Her approachable manner and attention to detail really stood out, and she provided helpful insights about the area and the letting process. Overall, Abbie made the experience smooth and enjoyable, and we truly appreciate her support. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a helpful and reliable letting agent.
