4th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)Lots of promises and good advice at initial face to face meeting. They got me to drop the price quite early on. Two viewings in 7 months. I was supposed to have a phone call with them last week and had an appointment time booked. No phone call but a generic email. At the start they suggested I have new stair carpet and flooring in some rooms . I had new bathroom, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, landing and stair carpet put down. They took the house of the market without telling me. The sign was taken from the front of my house. I checked online and they had pulled the house of the market. Almost quite childish? I think it was a poor set of photos and description having reviewed my experience. They stated partially double glazed when I had every window replaced to double glazed. Just odd things that they didn't mention. I am not sure if they know the area and market that well as it is a good location. The house market is always difficult through the winter months but putting that aside , the company just don't communicate at all. I started to look at other options for selling as you just don't hear from them. I think the last promised phone call was my clear signal that as something needed to change. Their poor practice made the decision for me. I will express that the guy that saw me on the first visit to discuss selling was very good. Talks a good talk.- 23rd May 2026 (22 days ago)Due to an advancement in our careers, we had to make a big decision to move halfway across the country to Coventry from the South Coast. The team at John Payne were super helpful in working around our restricting timeframe and, being such a large distance, our unavailability to be present in person to a lot of the meetings that were required. Amelia was our main contact throughout the whole process and she was brilliant at helping the whole ordeal super seamless and stress-free during what would be a high stress process. Unfortunately she was unavailable when we went to pick up our keys, but John was there to help out and couldn't be more helpful if he tried! We appreciate everything they have done for us, and we're super happy with the results! Thank you!

1st Sep 2025 (9 mo. ago)From the initial valuation visit with Charlotte through to the handling of viewing appointments at the sales office , everything was extremely efficient. The online portal is really useful and always up to date. Charlotte was very personable and took some great photos of the house .All the staff we dealt with at the office were very helpful , Jade kept us informed at all times and dealt with our offer situation really well. I would definitely recommend.

Its been three weeks and I havent been able to duplicate my loss key to my house! Why do you guys even have him?? If you guys are never open, dont display opening hours on Google

16th May 2026 (29 days ago)My partner dealt with an agent called Emma and she was very knowledgable and certainly seems to deal with and have extensive knowledge of the park home market. She acted as a great go between between us and the buyer of Mil bt er Crescent and was always able to negotiate with him on our behalf. Emma seems to deal with all the sales on New Green Park and when we pulled out of our first purchase she knew of another one coming on the market so consequently were the first to view and our offer was quickly accepted.

3rd Jun 2026 (11 days ago)They are not reliable. you do not get a timely response, you have to call many times without any result. If you send an email on Friday, by Monday they do not know. Look for another agency, you cannot trust them.

3rd Jun 2026 (11 days ago)Darren and Aimee were absolutely wonderful. From the initial contact, through to the viewings everythin went smoothly. They set up a WhatApp group and queries were always answered within the hour. The house never actually had a "For Sale" sign up as it was sold so quickly that the only sign said "Sold". They had also clearly understood the situation of the buyer - so there were no complications at all along the way. From offer to completion in well under two months says it all. Totally professional and more!
