Meg is such a wonderful letting agent and she never failed to quickly respond to any emails I sent. Thanks Suttons for being such a nice letting agent to deal with :)

The team are absolutely brilliant, from booking in for a valuation, the viewings and feedback after each one, right through to completion. Lewis and Summer particularly stood out for us, their communication was second to none and if they said they were going to get something done they would. The team have made what has always been a stressful process so much easier. I couldn’t recommend them enough and thank you again.

I found her to be informative, communicative, supportive and responsive, whilst the experience was difficult at times. I can’t fault Megan, she made every effort to follow up with the Buyer and their Solicitor when there were delays or a lack of information and kept me updated and I would even say that she calmed my nerves at times as she understood that having lost a previous sale I was concerned at times

A truly professional estate agency with real common sense (sadly rare these days). They navigated the entire process smoothly, even when things got challenging, and made what could have been a stressful purchase feel effortless. Prompt replies, honest communication, and no nonsense — just straight shooters. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

From start to finish, the entire process was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care. What really stood out was the level of support throughout. Every interaction with the team was positive - whether by phone or otherwise, they always took the time to answer my questions (even the daft ones!) and went above and beyond to help. That kind of patience and commitment made a real difference during what can often be a stressful process. The sale was smooth, well-managed, and far easier than I expected, thanks to their expertise and attention to detail. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Charlie and the team to anyone looking to sell their home. A truly first-class experience.
21st Apr 2026 (2 days ago)Referencing process is excessive and intrusive even after submitting payslips and bank statements, they still ask for full bank transaction access. Holding deposit is taken immediately (non-refundable), while delays continue. On top of that, responses are often rude and unhelpful.
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
8th Apr 2026 (15 days ago)I’d like to commend Maison Estates for their prompt and efficient response in resolving maintenance issues at my property. I reported a leaking bathroom hand basin and a broken window lock handle, and received an immediate response from the Property Manager, Absar Sarwar, who assured me that a contractor would be arranged. The contractor arrived the same day and successfully fixed both issues. I am very pleased with the level of service provided by Maison Estates and truly appreciate their professionalism and swift action.
3rd Apr 2026 (20 days ago)Massive thank you to all the residential sales staff at the Rugby H&H branch. They smoothly guided me through the sales process from start to finish, and managed the (unconventional) buyer, defending our position when required. Julie was always swift to reply to communications and gave helpful practical advice when requested. Everyone was polite and professional. Smart, polished, charming without being too smooth for comfort. I would have liked the staff to answer the phone with their name, not just "H&H". I had to ask / guess who I was talking to when I rang in - Julie / Claire / Jayne / etc.
2nd Apr 2026 (21 days ago)I visited Campbells website and was impressed with the choice of sales options. For my needs the Express Sale Method ticked all the boxes. I made contact online and was telephoned by a member of the team to arrange a visit to the property. Rhian was friendly and made me feel very at ease, she explained the Express Sale Process fully, created a marketing strategy that reflected the property but could appeal to a range of buyers. From marketing of the property we completed on the sale in 53 days. Rhian and shian kept things on track and kept me informed throughout.
27th Feb 2026 (8 weeks ago)We had a great experience with Move Inn when we were up-sizing. We had a chain of 4 and to make it happen all the solicitors, estate agents and lenders had to put together to exchange on the same day. Also, on completion day key collection, removals etc was hectic. But Move Inn worked on behalf very professionally and make it happen. We'll pleased.
3rd Apr 2026 (20 days ago)My Parents house was already on the market but it didn’t seem to be moving after a few months so we spotted Bayzos & decided to ring & get them out. Phill promptly came out to value my late parents house, what a really lovely guy, he was very professional & extremely compassionate as he understood this wasn’t an easy process for us, he took time to explain everything that we needed to know & was completely honest. We were extremely pleased with Phill & Bayzos and to be honest was gutted that we in the end we didn’t need them. As we suddenly we got an offer on the house and we accepted. Sadly we had to ring Phill and let him know we had an offer and couldn’t continue to use Bayzos . Phill was great & very understanding and told us if we needed anything, he was there for us to give us any advice. Even in the later weeks while the sale was going through he was still checking in every so often seeing if everything was going ok. So if ever in the future we need an estate agents Bayzos will definitely be top of the list .

1st Apr 2026 (22 days ago)Out of all the estate agents I've dealt with over the past 5 months, Northwood are above and beyond. They respond quick, helpful, let you know updates, if the viewing anlre on hold etc. Others just ignored me. George is amazing, he's very polite and kind. For a new employee he knows his stuff already and will go far. If your lucky enough to have George deal with you, your very lucky! Moving in was easy, smooth and paperwork work etc easy to get it done. I even got a moving in present from all in the office which was lovely. Never had that from any other estate agent. George, thank you again so much for everything you did for me, I will always appreciate you and all you did, your an absolute legend and you deserve the best in life

Lucy consistently went above and beyond, chasing solicitors, management companies and getting answers from the seller whenever needed. Her communication was outstanding — she kept me informed every step of the way, always taking the time to explain things clearly and promptly responding to any questions I had. It really felt like she genuinely cared about helping me complete, and her dedication made this stressful process feel so much more manageable. Lucy’s professionalism, persistence, and willingness to go the extra mile truly set her apart.
