1st Sep 2025 (8 mo. ago)From the initial valuation visit with Charlotte through to the handling of viewing appointments at the sales office , everything was extremely efficient. The online portal is really useful and always up to date. Charlotte was very personable and took some great photos of the house .All the staff we dealt with at the office were very helpful , Jade kept us informed at all times and dealt with our offer situation really well. I would definitely recommend.

Bottled water on arrival, his presentation, knowledge of the property & general interaction. We decided the property wasnt quite what we were looking for but felt he needed the recognition - great guy & definitely recommend this estate agent.

They navigated the entire process smoothly, even when things got challenging, and made what could have been a stressful purchase feel effortless. Prompt replies, honest communication, and no nonsense — just straight shooters. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

He was proactive and very well prepared. I would highly recommend him.! I would absolutely recommend Moveli, over using one of the big impersonal high street chains

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

8th May 2026 (16 days ago)I have been using Howkins and Harrison to manage my properties for approximately the last 10 years. Whilst I have always received a good service my recent experience has been outstanding. A cylinder fell off the wall in the airing cupboard damaging the main water tank and splitting a water pipe. This resulted in water escaping onto the landing coming through the downstairs ceilings, tripping the electrics in the house. The way Alison Edwards dealt with this was fantastic. As soon as she was aware, she attended the property to ensure the tenant was okay and the property safe. She contacted multiple contractors and within a couple of hours had a plumber and electrician on site. She made sensible decisions on our behalf, monitored the progress of the works being carried out over the 2 weeks it took to put everything right and kept us and the tenant updated throughout. We would like to thank her for the time and care she took and for how she treated the property as if it were her own. Thank you to the team at Howkins for the work they have done for us over the years and a massive thank you to Alison. You are a true star!
16th May 2026 (8 days ago)My partner dealt with an agent called Emma and she was very knowledgable and certainly seems to deal with and have extensive knowledge of the park home market. She acted as a great go between between us and the buyer of Mil bt er Crescent and was always able to negotiate with him on our behalf. Emma seems to deal with all the sales on New Green Park and when we pulled out of our first purchase she knew of another one coming on the market so consequently were the first to view and our offer was quickly accepted.
27th Feb 2026 (12 weeks ago)We had a great experience with Move Inn when we were up-sizing. We had a chain of 4 and to make it happen all the solicitors, estate agents and lenders had to put together to exchange on the same day. Also, on completion day key collection, removals etc was hectic. But Move Inn worked on behalf very professionally and make it happen. We'll pleased.

Communication was clear and regular, and I always felt kept in the loop. Whenever I had questions or concerns, they were quick to respond and genuinely helpful. What stood out most was their persistence and commitment—they didn’t just list the property and disappear. They actively worked to move things forward and made sure the sale eventually went through smoothly. I’d definitely recommend Bairstow Eves to anyone looking to sell their property, especially if you want an agent who will stick with you and provide solid support from start to finish. A massive thank you to both Claire & Gemma for all their hard work!

Six months and multiple requests later, they're still calling and emailing. Don't ever give them your contact details or you'll never hear the last of it.- 13th May 2026 (11 days ago)Truly terrible experience with Connells We were handed over a property in an appealing condition (all room were dirty, shit marks on the toilets, ear buds on the floor, etc) and they did nothing to fix it, just said it was left to the landlord to arrange cleaning There were issues during the tenancy and they did nothing fix them either And at the end of the tenancy they charged us for all sorts of unjustified things, including cleaning! And 2 months after we moved out still they haven't released the rest of the deposit even though we finally accepted their ridiculous charges just to resolve the situation AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF POSSIBLE
