5th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)So disappointed in this company! Not following legal guidelines, a lady is selling her house through this company and this lady is buying my mums through this same company! My mums sale is taking months due to the purposeful delays of the sale of her house so delaying ours! This is costing us more money I want to remove mums house to another estate agent! Now told we can’t speak to the estate agent! Yet again another illegal move I will be taking further action I want mums house back

1st Apr 2026 (22 days ago)Just wanted to say that Andy and Millie at Newton Fallowell were amazing during a very long and at times stressful negotiation to get my property sale over the line.There were times when we thought the move would never happen ,but numerous phone calls and discussions on our behalf pulled off a positive outcome. Would recommend very highly.
24th Mar 2026 (30 days ago)After making the mistake of putting our house up for sale with Yopa we didn’t have One viewing in 10 months, so I decided to go with William H Brown in Retford something I should’ve done from the beginning. We started to get people through the door within weeks they definitely know the local market. I would like to say a big thank you to Sarah Rhodes and Liz nothing was two much trouble from start to finish and very helpful with any questions we needed. The whole team was fantastic?????? I would definitely recommend William H Brown and would certainly use them again ????????????????
31st Mar 2026 (23 days ago)Have had very poor service provide, when the agent want something or information from you they call you every day and even give you deadline for submitting which is good but when its us wanting an update from them they dont deliver. Had an interest in one of the houses and was told its under renovations, was asked to pay holding deposit only to be told after 7 weeks of them having my holding deposit to be told they are refunding the money as they are not getting an update from the landlord.3 days later only to see the house back on the market but nothing has been said regarding my refund. I am really dissapointed. Had to call your agent Charlie Gale several times to get an update and i am still waiting to here about the refund.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Communication was always clear and efficient, and any queries I had were handled quickly and professionally. It’s refreshing to deal with a team that are both organised and approachable, and who clearly care about providing a high standard of service. Everyone at Jigsaw has always been helpful and easy to work with, which made the whole experience very smooth. Myah especially was a pleasure to deal with but the whole team are amazing. A big thank you to the entire team, I would highly recommend Jigsaw Estate Agents to anyone looking for a reliable and professional agency!

Right from the off they were friendly accommodating and very supportive and clearly knew the market inside and out they always kept me Update with timescales. I received regular reports which kept me informed on how the sale was progressing.

They have made the entire process a lot less stressful, they have been so clear in their communication, honest and overall so positive and helpful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else ever again.
