They helped us find our dream home and supported both the sale and purchase the whole way through. The service has been fantastic and we would highly recommend them.

She really appreciates the huge life decision of moving and all the anxieties of making the right decision. Ella has identified what my sister needs and helped her find a really great property. Ella has been really knowledgeable and never made us feel rushed during our viewings. She is a breath of fresh air in an industry that can feel quite intimidating and pressurising. Thanks Ella!

We not only sold our house through them at full asking price in around 2 weeks, they were also able to recommend a property on their books to us that was exactly what we were looking for. At every stage of the process we have been kept up to date, had things clearly explained and felt like everything was under control. From having our home valued with Liam, through to having viewings with Seamus and to the move management side with Emily we have been really impressed and grateful for the service provided. Thank you.

Noah walked us round the house explained everything thoroughly answered any and all questions with a smile and to the best of his knowledge and was all round amazing. Andy and the other desk staff who took every call I made with all the fast information and questions my apologies.as first time buyers I know theres alot and it can be annoying but you showed nothing but support and for that we are great fully. Last but not least julie Words cannot describe the help and support we received and how much it meant. You took this difficult and stress filled situation and did your absoloute best to comfort and provide any and all support to us. You not only did your job but went above and beyond from the 12 emails and 4 calls most days you stayed patient happy and helpful throughout it all and even made us laugh or smile through the harder bits of the process.if not for all your help and support and immense kindness to strangers I beleive we'd still be waiting to exchange and would be definitely alot more stressed. If not for this team of amazing people who do their job to see the smile of others this process would not of been as great as it was it was stressful at times but this team were there to support and provide any help and information they could from the bottom of our hearts thankyou. If anyone needs a service of this kind these are the people you want at your side helping you through every step.
30th Mar 2026 (24 days ago)The worst Estate agents ever. The bane of my life. Myself & My housemate laugh because every time something needs to be actioned, some how the estate agents mess it up. They constantly email us about the property and put for example number 15 when its number 5. There is a women called Sam who works there and she has the attitude of a 14 year old teenager. Snappy, rude behaviour and talked over me multiple times. When signing the tenancy, arranging paperwork to move into the property, Sam told us different figures for the deposit each time we spoke to her. When I questioned this, she was very immature and very rude. When I complained to House & Co they listened to the call and said they felt nothing wrong took place. But as someone who's worked in service for many years, I can assure you that her language was bratty and her attitude stunk. Told them three times that my housemates name was spelt incorrectly, but when we went in to sign the tenancy it was still spelt incorrectly which caused a delay. Weirdly, they said we never notified them of this. Another message Sam did not pass on. Twice, they have emailed us THE NIGHT BEFORE telling us a inspection is due the NEXT DAY. Then state they told us previously which was a lie. I also dealt with this estate agents when I bought a previous property. This was in 2020 with Covid19 causing many issues of course. The people I bought the property from were using House and Co for the sale of the property. The sellers left us all of their old furniture, rubbish, mess and honestly it was a bio-hazard. I contacted House & co multiple times to complain and they NEVER got back to me. Not once. I had to fork out over £4k for a skip. WORST ESTATE AGENTS EVER. Wil bratty staff. Good luck to anyone that uses them!

He was always responsive, proactive, and kept everything moving by regularly chasing updates and coordinating between all parties. His communication and support made the whole experience much smoother and less stressful. I’d highly recommend him and Boardwalk to anyone looking to buy a property.

28th Mar 2026 (26 days ago)I had a poor experience with Hollis Morgan. I was in the process of purchasing a new build property advertised by Hollis Morgan, and had my offer accepted in Sept 25, and progressed close to exchange of contracts. Late in the process, I was informed by my solicitor that there was an issue with the property title relating to access to the property, and that indemnity insurance would be required due to the absence of a formal easement. Although the developer paid for the indemnity insurance, I was very frustrated as this had only been raised months down the process and not disclosed at the outset. Based on this new information and the associated risks, I decided to withdraw from the purchase. My experience was that this was a significant issue to be raised so late in the transaction, and earlier transparency would have influenced my decision-making. I requested for the developer to pay our legal fees as a gesture of good will which they refused. I also raised this with Hollis Morgan and they didn’t provide much support on this matter and just told us to raise it with our solicitor. I appreciate that Hollis Morgan may not have known this but we were purchasing this property via them and they were not helpful at all!

They have always found me good tenants and always been super helpful when I have had any other issues. I could not manage without them. Will and Jamie have both always gone above and beyond. I would definitely recommend them to landlords and tenants.

Rude Staff who never take accountability for their wrongdoings. trying to exploit students by giving them the worst properties for high prices and when problems arise they are unresponsive. Never take accountability renting a house with them is my biggest regret and any student thinking of doing same i strongly suggest you dont.- 1st Apr 2026 (22 days ago)Great estate agents. 26th Mar 2026 (28 days ago)I write this review as a prospective buyer who has been searching for a home in the area for 6 months and viewed several properties with Lifestyle. The Lifestyle property sales team were the MOST consistently helpful, kind, and professional in the entire area - above and beyond any other agent. I viewed with almost all agents across Bradley Stoke, Stoke Gifford, and Patchway within the 6 months. Furthermore, the team at Lifestyle operate with the upmost integrity, maintaining privacy for the vendors to which they are working on behalf of, plus also being sensitive to prospective buyers needs and situations. James - I don't call many people 'experts' but I might well lend this title to James. He knows his stuff. He knows the area, his vendors, what buyers want and need, and matches accordingly. He was a breath of fresh air when on a viewing with him (compared to so many other agents) as he spoke to me and engaged with me - not in an aggressive sales way, but an interested way in which he got to know my property needs and then linked me up accordingly with the right properties. His videos made my day when I watched them - so much more informative and better than these bland and boring '360' click and 'walk arounds' that all the other agents do. He brings the property to life with these videos. I do believe that many agents in the area could do with a day of mentorship from James. Cilla - On point, each time and every time. The voice of kindness and sense when things weren't going my way in the property search. She was so efficient at the admin side of things too, sending new details out to me before they hit the sites, giving me tip off's to new ones coming to market with them, so I could act fast with viewings and get in to make an offer if the property was right. Likewise, many local agents could, and should, spend some time with her for mentoring. No one rivalled her professionalism and efficiency, not even close. Logan - smart, professional, and engaging on viewings. Pointed out key elements of the property, and which was much needed due to me being distracted by my child on viewings. He was friendly and a warm person by nature. I do hope he goes far in sales, he rightly should. When an agent like Lifestyle does the basics really well, and more on top, for me this means they excel in a market flooded with agents who barely try, and/or who are far too sure of themselves, letting the market carry their mediocrity. From a buyers perspective, get your property on with Lifestyle. The experience is a breath of fresh air.
