In what has been a challenging sale he has always been available, communicative and excellent at liaising with both our solicitors and buyers solicitors respectively. Lisa in the sales team has also been outstanding. Very experienced and pretty much everyone who viewed our home had made an offer, partly thanks to her skill and knowledge. I wouldn’t normally make a review, especially for estate agents but they have truly gone above and beyond, highly recommend selling with this branch.

She was open about the company’s performance on paper, but it was clear she had joined with real motivation to grow the business — and that really came through. Her attitude, communication, and willingness to go the extra mile made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. She kept us updated throughout and was always on hand to help. We wouldn’t hesitate to use her again in the future — the company is very lucky to have her.

Despite a complex, delicate situation and a few hurdles along the way they persevered to get our house sold and new home purchased. 10th May 2026 (14 days ago)We sold our house with iconic a month ago and had a brilliant relationship with them throughout. Communication was excellent, whole transaction from start to finish was smooth and stress free. Gary come and took our photos within days and our house was on the market within 72 hours of reaching out to iconic, Gary in the office was also brilliant, answered any questions I had and helped communicate with our vendor, not to mention also helped when it come to communicating with our solicitors. Would use them again in the future for sure. Martha and Robert Daniels.

28th Jan 2026 (17 weeks ago)Not impressed with overall experience/service. They advertised my property for 10 weeks and there has been no contact from them, I did all the chasing. The photographs were amateur, nothing special at all. The description of the property was unimpressive and unenthusiastic. They failed to include facts and had to be prompted to include them. I finally received one viewing from them 9 weeks into contract, not sure how genuine that was. I don’t think they promoted my property to any potential buyer, so have since changed Agents and extremely happy with the professional description and photos. I have high hopes with this new Agent.

Jade was amazing and we couldn’t have done it without her, she went above and beyond and helped us with our sale even though she didn’t have to. Couldn’t recommend Jade or winkworth enough and if we ever move house again I’d 1000% use their services.

Everything was handled so quickly and efficiently, and we never had to worry about anything. All our questions were answered (sometimes even before we had the chance to ask them ??????) A special thank you to Kelly ?? She was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process — from the property viewing, paperwork, right through to key handover. She was so prompt, hardworking and supportive, and helped us move in within a very short time span. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for her.
