He kept my partner and me well informed from our initial viewing all the way through to signing for the keys. We really appreciated his professionalism and support, which made everything run smoothly.

She kept us well informed and went out of her way to make sure everything moved forward smoothly. Unfortunately, communication with some other members of the team was less consistent and it could sometimes be difficult to get updates, but Carol’s support and professionalism made a real difference and ensured everything was ultimately resolved.

14th Apr 2026 (9 days ago)We are selling our first home with Frank Innes Mapperley and they have been nothing but brilliant. We had several other agents provide us with valuations, Alice the branch manager was the most realistic and we’ve managed to sell within 4 weeks of being on the market. We did our own viewings and between all of the staff they organised our viewings so well so everything was plain sailing for us on the day. Ethan Bexon has been dealing with our sale from the first viewing through to negotiating a great price we were more than happy to accept. It really felt like Ethan was acting for us and not the buyer when negotiating. He has made selling completely stress free which is exactly what we needed. I’d highly recommend Frank Innes Mapperley – Thank you so much to all of you!

The guys at David James could not have done more to ensure the house was at its best for sale and keep us constantly informed on progress. Really glad we chose them as our agents. 19th Apr 2026 (4 days ago)It’s definitely the best agency I’ve had. I’ve used quite a few across the country, from South to North, and this one stands out. They’re efficient, and the staff are always friendly and helpful, in special Kirsty . Whenever I report a problem in the house, they respond quickly and get it fixed straight away. We also have a cleaner every two weeks, and everything runs smoothly. When I first moved in, both the room and the house were spotless, quite and fully furnished with everything I needed. The whole letting process was straightforward and pleasant. I’m very happy overall. It’s just a shame they don’t have more agencies like this in Beeston.

There was no hard sell, which we had encountered from another local company, just a friendly professional approach to getting the best sale for us. When the sale had been agreed, she put us in touch with a solicitor who was able to process the sale quickly and efficiently. We would highly recommend these estate agents.
6th Apr 2026 (17 days ago)Initially, Molly Hutchby was helpful during the process of securing the property. Communication was quick and responsive when it came to arranging the tenancy and payments. However, after moving in, our experience has been very disappointing. We reported multiple issues with the property, including the condition of the fridge and microwave, but these have not been properly addressed and communication has significantly declined. It has been extremely difficult to get any response despite repeated calls and messages. We were also not provided with important information on moving in, such as access details for building facilities or guidance on parking permits. As a result, we were incorrectly advised to park in an area that led to multiple parking tickets, which has caused unnecessary stress. Since moving in, the situation has escalated further. Due to the lack of clear parking guidance and no support in obtaining a permit, we have received multiple parking tickets, and unfortunately, the vehicle has also been vandalised while parked nearby, which has now been reported as a crime. This experience has been extremely stressful, especially as new tenants trying to settle in, and the continued lack of communication has made it even more difficult to resolve these issues.

Rude Staff who never take accountability for their wrongdoings. trying to exploit students by giving them the worst properties for high prices and when problems arise they are unresponsive. Never take accountability renting a house with them is my biggest regret and any student thinking of doing same i strongly suggest you dont.

17th Apr 2026 (6 days ago)The initial contact was excellent; Marta took the time to understand our criteria, discuss what we absolutely wanted (location, number of rooms, etc.), and what we were willing to compromise on. This gave us the impression that Marta truly listened to us and tailored her suggestions accordingly, thus establishing a real bond of trust. Subsequently, we realised that Marta was very thorough and provided excellent follow-up on our search, always finding a way to be responsive and precise. All in all, an excellent experience.
