Megan Naylor was handling our case and was very patient with us and our 6 month process, due to the first property we was looking to purchase falling through and us finding our new home. Megan helped us all the way answering any questions we had and helped chasing things up when solicitors went quiet. Absolutely brilliant service from the team dealing with our persistent calling and questions as this was our first time selling and buying. We would definitely recommend using William H Brown and if you get Megan to deal with your case, you will be in safe hands. Thank you again, very much appreciated

7th Feb 2026 (11 weeks ago)This was my first time searching for and viewing rental properties on my own, so I was a little nervous about the process. Within minutes of making an enquiry about a flat I liked, Tomas replied and arranged a viewing for me within a few days. He was very friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the viewing. He also showed me other similar properties, gave me time to make a decision, and sent everything over quickly once I was ready to proceed with the contract. I’m extremely satisfied with the service I received from Tomas at Parklane Properties and would definitely consider using Parklane again in the future.

She has kept us updated every step of the way, been so helpful with any questions we’ve had, and made what can be a stressful process feel much smoother. She’s been especially reassuring during the referencing stage, keeping us informed and going above and beyond to make sure everything moved along. Her communication has been excellent, and she has been friendly, professional, and genuinely supportive throughout. We really appreciate all of Rebecca’s help and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an estate agent.
5th Jan 2026 (15 weeks ago)I would recommend everyone to avoid this ‘letting agency’. At the end of my tenancy, the communication was extremely poor, they did not inform the landlord of key information and threatened me with deductions from my deposit. It took over a month to receive any information about the deposit (despite chasing) and when I finally received a response, the deductions were laughable. A £200 cleaning fee despite the property being in a better state than when I moved in. A charge for late return of keys despite no incoming tenants and the extra days being agreed by the landlord. I questioned this and asked for evidence of cleaning invoices etc; I never got a response. I had to open a dispute with the DPS to get my money back, funnily enough they managed to respond to that. Overall a terrible and hugely stressful experience which I did not appreciate when moving house.

She was quick to reply, patient and kind throughout it all. Rebecca was excellent at finding answers to any questions we had and it was seamless communication between us and the sellers. We couldn’t have picked a better estate agents to go through. It made a very stressful process so much easier. We are so grateful!
25th Mar 2026 (29 days ago)Martin and co manage the property next door to mine which is noisy and overcrowded- noise from the house including slamming doors, shouting and taxis coming and going at all hours upsets both myself and other neighbours on the street. I have complained to Martin and co numerous times but they have failed to deal with the issue.

Any questions I had he was happy to answer and always called me with frequent updates to arrange viewings etc, if you sell with this estate agent and have Habib as your negotiator you’ll have the best support!!- 3rd Apr 2026 (20 days ago)Had a great experience with Bridgfords Sales and Letting Agents York! The team was professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Their communication was clear and consistent, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. They showed excellent knowledge of the local market and worked hard to achieve the best outcome. 19th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)Confusing and disappointing taking all the positive reviews. Had a viewing booked to which I arrived 25mins early just to make sure I was in the right place. Used the picture from their listing as a reference. Checked the address beforehand too. Been waiting for over 30minutes past my actual viewing booking time in front of the entrance thinking maybe they stuck in the traffic on their way to see me. She was incredibly helpful, guiding us every step of the way and making what could have been a stressful experience feel much more manageable. Yasmin was always quick to respond to emails, often replying almost immediately and providing clear, helpful feedback. Whenever we had a request, she handled it promptly and did her very best to ensure everything was sorted efficiently. Her dedication really showed as she supported us through all the referencing and checks right up until the keys were handed over. She was consistently friendly, approachable, and professional, which made the whole journey much easier and far less stressful for us. We’re very grateful for her support and would highly recommend her to anyone going through the process.
13th Apr 2026 (10 days ago)No response for 3 days with NO ELECTRICITY with children and working from home. The property management team do not answer the phone, nor email. I spoke to someone from lettings who said she will get the property management team to respond asap, still nothing. My food spoiled in my fridge and freezer, unable to work from home, unable to cook food. Disgusting agency. Wonder if they will respond when seeing this. Oh and when we moved in last year, similar issue with no hot water for over a week, but refused to give any kind of rent reduction or compensation. I will be taking legal action now.
