3rd Apr 2026 (20 days ago)After unsuccessful efforts with another agent, we switched to Bond Oxborough Phillips and met Elliot Jack. Throughout what has become an 15-month relationship, Elliot has been in regular contact, explaining the situation and offering advice. When it became apparent, after 12 months, that the market was stagnating, he selflessly suggested a Modern Auction company and continued to support us and them in what became the final sale of the property on 2nd April 2026. In addition, Elle Walpole, during the time BOP were mrketing the property was an engaged and responsive support to Elliot. My wife and I heartily recommend Elliot and the BOP office in Okehampton.

However frustrating the transaction became at times she was always on hand pushing to ensure we got the right result. Even if it became annoying on occasion her persistence definitely paid off!- 8th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)Amy showed us a house last week. She is very professional and friendly. Answered all our questions and followed up really quickly with any she couldn’t answer on the day. She made the viewing an enjoyable experience.

She worked hard for us negotiating and achieving the best possible price for the bungalow , would highly recommend Mathers (Donna) even when things got a little tricky Donna handled it amazingly and communicated regulary making the while process easier for us. You should be very proud to have Donna representing your company.- 7th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)Bought a property through your move Camborne, felt the process went really well from viewing through to moving in, went a little start/stop at times after submitting our info through the your move nominated system, but probably all part of the buying process, shout out to Rebecca who showed us the property initially to Beth (negotiator) who did her part of the job well unlike another agent we had been let down by, then finally moved on to Sam morse the profession manager who also kept us up to speed when needed, thanks guys

Thank you.- 30th Mar 2026 (24 days ago)I first met Ellie 5 years ago when she sold us a property in St Just and she was as excellent then as she is now. When I needed a valuation on the property again, we appointed 3 local estate agents; Ellie at Millers being one of them. Of the 3 estate agents, she was the only one to personally call and follow up on the potential sale. She offered advice in what turned out to be a buy out situation and remained on hand for any questions or queries. This shows her level of service and care for her clients, going above and beyond. I would wholeheartedly recommend Ellie and the team at Millers to anyone. Personable, professional, fair and the type of people you want to deal with when selling your home.

Rory was excellent in helping us get our property on the market his expertise and guidance made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free And his advice to get the most for your home we followed and it worked out perfectly. Esme was truly amazing at keeping the chain together throughout the sale. 18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

It i would Highly Recommend Flexi Agent very professional staff were excellent

I even got to view the house a second time to measure up etc.prior to moving in. Very professional lady, everything was dealt with promptly and it was a very smooth, fast and trouble free process. 27th Mar 2026 (27 days ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

Jamie helped navigate a difficult experience with surveyors and solicitors with humour and expertise. Nothing was too much trouble for the whole team in Liskeard. Thank you!
