An initial valuation gave me confidence that the agents had a good knowledge of the local housing market. After listing the property, there was a flow of conducted viewings that led to a suitable buyer being found. The service we have received from Hayley and the rest of the ladies at Fox and Sons Saltash has been top tier, constant communication about the process of selling, viewings and helpful hints and tips to market the property has made the whole procedure less stressful and easy for us. And after a lengthy chat with the team at Bond Oxborough Wadebridge it was clear that they offered a difference worth putting trust in. A trust that was rewarded by the service and the attention from every person, from the senior management to the people who are your daily contact in the process. Their knowledge, expertise and advice goes deeper and is more relevant than other agents, previously experienced, and if you are looking of an agent that understands your locality they are well worth appointing.

She was really easy to talk to, friendly, and made everything feel very straightforward and stress-free. Abi explained everything clearly and took the time to answer all of my questions, which I really appreciated. She also helped point us in the right direction when it came to finding a mortgage advisor, which was incredibly helpful. Overall, she was extremely knowledgeable, approachable, and supportive, and I couldn’t recommend her enough ??????

We looked around the property in the morning and by the afternoon we were told we could have it, all the documents were sent promptly with clear instructions. What a lovely house, set far enough away from the hustle of the harbour, but close enough to stay in the middle of it. It rained most days, but who cares!? We sat with hot tea (or a glass of wine!) looking out of the gorgeous upper floor living area. CRW are an amazing team, the cleaner is so lovely and the holiday was as perfect as ever! Can’t wait to return!

We lived 3 hours away from Cornwall and arranging house viewing with other agencies was very challenging (appointment from one day to another, no possibility to rearrange or zero response). Kyle from Martin & Co was so helpful, he tried to make arrangements for us and we got a place to rent at the end. The whole process has been easy, clear and super friendly. The admin that has been following us, Katy, has been so kind and efficient. I would definitely recommend Martin & Co from my experience so far.

30th Apr 2026 (6 weeks ago)My involvement with Stratton is fairly recent, however, taking all interactions together, I consider this agent to be responsive, professional, and aligned with my expectations, with no concerns emerging from correspondence. The allocated Lettings Negotiator (Jasmine) has been clear, courteous, accommodating, cooperative and willing to address any voiced concerns. Overall, so far, I am pleasantly impressed with this Agent and, hopefully, this will remain the case in the future.
