Megan Naylor was handling our case and was very patient with us and our 6 month process, due to the first property we was looking to purchase falling through and us finding our new home. Megan helped us all the way answering any questions we had and helped chasing things up when solicitors went quiet. Absolutely brilliant service from the team dealing with our persistent calling and questions as this was our first time selling and buying. We would definitely recommend using William H Brown and if you get Megan to deal with your case, you will be in safe hands. Any questions I had he was happy to answer and always called me with frequent updates to arrange viewings etc, if you sell with this estate agent and have Habib as your negotiator you’ll have the best support!!

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

7th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)Our first contact with Linley & Simpson to let a property was with Hollie Landi. She was totally on our case from day 1 & kept us informed of each and every development! Lucy carried out the property inspection…excellent! Hollie did all the viewings and kept us informed regularly of any interest in renting! Some references took a while to come through, but hey that’s the way it goes, not the fault of Hollie or Linley & Simpson!
13th Apr 2026 (10 days ago)No response for 3 days with NO ELECTRICITY with children and working from home. The property management team do not answer the phone, nor email. I spoke to someone from lettings who said she will get the property management team to respond asap, still nothing. My food spoiled in my fridge and freezer, unable to work from home, unable to cook food. Disgusting agency. Wonder if they will respond when seeing this. Oh and when we moved in last year, similar issue with no hot water for over a week, but refused to give any kind of rent reduction or compensation. I will be taking legal action now.
