We felt that Robert Watts knew the current market in the area we were selling and valued the house at a price that reflected a true price based on the local property market, property condition and Robert Watts local knowledge. Once on the market then we had regular contact from our local office in Birkenshaw. A number of viewings were arranged by the Branch. Once we had agreed a sale at the price it had been marketed at then we went through the selling process. Robert Watts often updated us before our solicitor as it was clear they were committed to helping the sale go through and had rung them to find the current position. In terms of the Company then I was impressed by the Knowledge of the market , very good communication with ourselves and that they would respond to e-mails or phone calls. I would be happy to recommend them if you are considering selling a house

18th May 2026 (6 days ago)As property Steward at Wellhouse Moravian Church I have recently engaged Bridgfords Letting Agents to rent out our property at Church. The young lady who is our contact is Jasmine Evans and she has been most helpful and efficient. Nothing has been too much trouble for her, from sorting out contractors to do the renovation and decorating, to sorting out the paperwork, to getting us tenants without us losing income, everything has gone like clockwork. If asked I would certainly recommend Bridgfords and Jasmine to anyone requiring the services they offer. What a pleasant young lady she is. Thank you so much for all your help and efficiency.

I am very disappointed and frustrated. If you can’t manage the appointment then you should not run the company and should not waste other people’s time. 5th May 2026 (19 days ago)I had a very positive experience with Leaders Estate Agency during the sale of my property. From start to finish, the process was handled professionally and efficiently. As I live quite far from the property and it was tenanted, I was concerned about managing everything remotely. However, Mr Michael Foreman made it completely stress-free. He coordinated everything seamlessly, including arranging contractors to redecorate the property, which saved me a great deal of time and effort. The sale went through smoothly, and communication was always clear and prompt. I felt supported throughout the entire process and confident that everything was being managed to a high standard. 18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Lucy carried out the property inspection…excellent! Hollie did all the viewings and kept us informed regularly of any interest in renting! Some references took a while to come through, but hey that’s the way it goes, not the fault of Hollie or Linley & Simpson!
