20th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)Made all the right noises but ultimately didn't deliver. I gave them my property to sell. In 8 weeks received no proactive feedback. No updates on viewing or, feedback. Didn't even respond to messages in a timely manner. Stay clear.
10th Apr 2026 (13 days ago)Things were perfectly fine at the start, but the tone shifted quite noticeably by the end. Once I handed in my notice, it felt like I was just something to move along quickly, simply because I was no longer a customer. The end of the tenancy came across as rushed and a bit impersonal, which made an already stressful process more so than it needed to be, and ultimately ruined what had otherwise been a good experience renting with them. Overall, not the best - but glad that's no longer something I have to deal with.

Ben carried out the valuation of my home and stayed in regular contact while I wasn’t quite ready to put it on the market, which I really appreciated. Once I was ready, everything moved quickly and efficiently—Ben arranged the photos and had the property listed in no time. Amy and Libby were fantastic at keeping me informed about viewings and feedback, and Denise ensured I was regularly updated throughout the exchange and completion process. The whole team was excellent, always taking the time to offer advice whenever I was unsure about anything. Thank you all so much!

From the initial valuation visit through to completion they were very professional, always easy to get in touch with via phone or email . Special mention must go to Niomi who kept me updated throughout the sales process. A highly recommended company if you're looking to sell your property.

She went above and beyond to ensure the process was smooth and stress free. I would highly recommend them to anyone selling their home.
11th Apr 2026 (12 days ago)This is the second time that we have used Moore and York estate agents to sell our property...our satisfaction with the company the first time around in 2016 led us to appoint them again in 2025 without seeking to appoint any of the competition. All of their members of staff with whom we had contact with were truly magnificent in helping us to sell our bungalow.... this includes Terral,John,Nik,George,and Beth. A word of advice to those wanting to sell their existing property in a reasonable time particularly if the funds from the sale of that property are needed to finance their next property purchase... ..................."BE PREPARED TO NEGOTIATE..!" There is absolutely no point in putting your property on the market for it then to languish for weeks and months at a higher price that runs counter to any reasonable pricing advice that have previously been given to you by your appointed estate agent...." IF THE PRICE IS TOO HIGH FOR THE MARKET TO BEAR THEN IT WILL NOT SELL...PARTICULARLY IF YOU NEED THE FUNDS FROM THE SALE OF YOUR EXISTING PROPERTY TO FUND THE NEXT PROPERTY PURCHASE TO WHICH YOU HAVE ALREADY FALLEN IN LOVE WITH...YOU WILL BE THE ONE WHO WILL BE DISAPPOINTED .." 17th Apr 2026 (6 days ago)The initial contact was excellent; Marta took the time to understand our criteria, discuss what we absolutely wanted (location, number of rooms, etc.), and what we were willing to compromise on. This gave us the impression that Marta truly listened to us and tailored her suggestions accordingly, thus establishing a real bond of trust. Subsequently, we realised that Marta was very thorough and provided excellent follow-up on our search, always finding a way to be responsive and precise. All in all, an excellent experience.
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Buying a property can be stressful, especially with delays from solicitors, but she kept everything moving and always kept us informed. She was proactive in chasing things up and consistently did her best to push the process forward when it felt like things were slowing down. It really felt like she was doing everything she could to help us get over the line, and without her support, I’m not sure we would have moved in as quickly as we did. Her professionalism, dedication, and friendly approach really stood out. 2nd Apr 2026 (21 days ago)If you've always dreamed of being an estate agent yourself, then go with connells. They'll gladly make you do all the work and charge you for the privilege. In between trying to swindle us to use their zero deposit scheme, conveniently owned by the same parent company, and seemingly always being "out on viewings" I wonder how they find the time to reply to our emails after the the 4th time of asking. Landlords for the love of god just use openrent instead and save yourself £££.

From the very beginning, the team were professional, responsive and incredibly helpful. They made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward, keeping us informed every step of the way and always being available to answer any questions. A special mention to the staff for their friendly and approachable manner, especially Sandra Baughan — nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they genuinely seemed to care about making sure everything was right for us. The whole experience, from viewing the property through to moving in, was handled efficiently and with great attention to detail. It really gave me confidence that we were in good hands. We would highly recommend Frank Innes Loughborough to anyone looking to rent a property — a fantastic service from start to finish.- 7th Apr 2026 (16 days ago)Not a very nice mortage adviser. Was not empathic of our situation and was constantly looking at the negative side of our situation. Did not give us an alternative choice like other esate agents would suggest. If you want to be a mortage advisor you want your service users to feel happy when they leave but when going to connels for mortage advise we felt disheartened. Never using connels for esate agency. I feel like they did not go above and beyond like a estate agent should as that's there job. Maybe others had a good experience but I can say we did not have a good experience. Likewise, will not be using their service again as they were negative about our current situation like I have said.
