From the very beginning he was helpful, professional, and always available whenever we needed an update or had questions. Moving house can be really stressful, especially with children involved, but he made the whole process feel much smoother and less overwhelming. He kept in touch throughout every stage, was easy to get hold of on the phone, and genuinely seemed to care about helping us secure the right rental property. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. We’re really grateful for all of his help and would definitely recommend both Reeco and Connells Oadby to anyone looking to rent a property.

They made the whole process feel simple and stress-free from start to finish. No matter how many questions we had (and there were a lot!), they were always happy to help, explain everything clearly, and keep us updated. They always picked up the phone whenever we needed them and chased everything up to help speed the process along. They also tried to fit viewings in as quickly as possible. They also then provided quick and helpful feedback from those viewings. I would recommend their services wholeheartedly.

She was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed. Helped with enquiries, chased solicitors when needed and been really helpful.

12th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I rarely leave five-star reviews — and when I do, it’s because the service has genuinely impressed me. My experience with EweMove, and especially with Nia Nugent, was exactly that. I initially contacted them simply to request a desktop valuation because I’m currently renting a property and going through a private off-market purchase with my landlord. I just wanted some guidance on whether the agreed price was in line with the current market value. Although she wasn’t able to provide a precise desktop valuation, she still went completely above and beyond to help me. Most people could have easily just said, “Sorry, we can’t provide that,” and ended the conversation there. Instead, she took the time to explain things properly, shared genuinely useful information I wasn’t even aware of, and treated me with the same level of care and attention as if I were already one of their full clients. Honestly, I was surprised by the level of professionalism, patience, and willingness to help — especially considering I’m not even a customer (at least not yet!). That kind of attitude says a lot about a company. If this is how they treat someone who simply called for advice, I can only imagine how well they look after their actual clients. Exceptional service, genuinely helpful, and a credit to the company. Absolutely deserved five stars. Highly recommended.

28th May 2026 (16 days ago)Don’t rent a property with them, they will extort your deposit in the name of “deep cleaning” we left the property with painted walls and fully cleaned property prior to moving as stated in the contract. Yet they charged us for something they never did! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

She conducted her market research and prepared results according to my needs and the outcome was positive. She asked the right questions, provided useful information, and also gave me the opportunity to enquire further without any pressure. Katie was extremely informative, helpful, and communicated excellently throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend and utilise Katie again in future.
