Mine certainly wasn’t the easiest of sales, as I was in the process of buying the freehold, but the team handled everything professionally and kept matters under control from start to finish. Ignoring messages and no reply since. When we initially got there the fob to access the building wasn't in the lockbox and no one replied to our calls our messages. Terrible experience and somehow even worse customer service.
