31st Mar 2026 (23 days ago)I am in the process of selling my house in Bromsgrove at the moment, and Ryan Peters from Leaders sales department (I believe Ryan is based in Birmingham) has been supporting me and doing an outstanding job. He is calm, proactive and always quick to get back to me when I have a query. Selling a property can be stressful, but Ryan has made it very easy for me. I highly recommend Leaders to anyone selling in the Midlands area, and ask for Ryan Peters!

5th Apr 2026 (18 days ago)I dealt with Michael Swords who listed my property in Digbeth area of Birmingham. He was utterly useless, I’ve been emailing asking him to take the property off the market for more than 3 months without reply, it’s still listed. Zero professionalism. Do not use.

She has been that amazing that my in laws would like to use her when they remortgage. Honestly so happy to have booked a meeting with her because if I didn’t my life would be completely different. We have a new born on the way and she managed to help us get our keys before he was born. Forever grateful for her.

Their advertising attracted a significant number of enquiries, many of which resulted in visits to the property, followed by a number of offers from which we were able to make a choice. Dixons ensured that the accepted offer was brought speedily to contract exchange and completion During this process Dixons kept us regularly informed of progress. They were very helpful on the post-offer process. We would certainly use them if we were to move house again.

29th Mar 2026 (25 days ago)Highly recommend!!! I chose to use Your Move, because I liked the idea of using the 'open house' and 'offers over' method of marketing. I have sold several houses over the years and this was by far the quickest, smoothest and definitely most stress free sale I've made. Total transaction time, 9.5 weeks from the first appraisal with Paul to completion. My property was available with vacant possession and I wanted to be able to hand over the keys and just let the agent do what they were being paid to do. This was certainly the case. My sale was handled by Sadie who is clearly very experienced at what she does. She kept me updated with progress on a weekly basis and all communication with her was clear and concise. Your Move were definitely not the cheapest agent on the High Street and Paul was upfront about this at our first meeting. I did have to take this into consideration obviously. However, all things considered, I definitely made the right decision to appoint Your Move and Sadie did a fabulous job. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

Rude Staff who never take accountability for their wrongdoings. trying to exploit students by giving them the worst properties for high prices and when problems arise they are unresponsive. Never take accountability renting a house with them is my biggest regret and any student thinking of doing same i strongly suggest you dont.

Holding deposit is taken immediately (non-refundable), while delays continue. On top of that, responses are often rude and unhelpful.

8th Apr 2026 (15 days ago)I used Dixons for the sale of my property. Becky came out and conducted her valuation. Her customer service is amazing, she was very approachable, friendly and professional. Becky was always there to help with all the solicitors paperwork. Naif came and did the viewings, he was always happy and made me feel at ease with the sale. Overall i would reccomend Dixons Yardley.
