16th May 2026 (8 days ago)Disappointing experience with this lettings agent. Communication has been consistently poor throughout our tenancy, and we have now been waiting over a month for responses to multiple emails. Issues are either ignored completely or dealt with incredibly slowly, leaving us to chase for updates. Any lettings agent should provide timely communication and basic support when problems arise, but unfortunately this has not been our experience at all. The lack of responsiveness and inactivity has caused unnecessary stress and frustration.

She helped me throughout the process of securing my apartment ensuring everything goes smoothly. I would recommend her any day any time. Callum was also very patient and helpful as well, the whole member of staffs are extremely amazing. I would use Connell Estate Agent any time any day.

We had a great experience getting our mortgage complete with the house of our choice! Sincere thanks goes to Cary’s Parnell whom made sure we got a good offer at a reasonable rate. Which we were delighted with! As well as keeping in check with us during our process and even going the extra mile to further assist us when we needed it. This was greatly appreciated as it made the buying process a lot more easier and stress free. Highly reliable and good at what they do!
12th May 2026 (12 days ago)The team at Shipways in Shirley were incredibly helpful in supporting us as first time buyers. We bumped into a few issues with the sellers solicitors being obstructive when there was a leak at the property, but the team at shipways were always there to help communicate concerns, speeding up the process for all of us and playing a large part in resolving the issue. Hannah, Dan and Callum attended our viewings with us, answering all of our many questions in a friendly and professional manner. Sam, the senior branch manager was also incredibly helpful throughout the purchase, with very quick responses, putting our minds at ease when we felt a bit lost due to obstructive solicitors. Couldn’t recommend the team enough, especially as first time buyers!

Bearwood She was professional, friendly, and always quick to respond. also Eve made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and I really appreciated her clear communication and support throughout. I'd highly recommend her.- 9th May 2026 (15 days ago)Dixons managed the sale of our flat and were brilliant throughout the whole process. Becky, Amy, and Claire helped us with any question we had and went above and beyond to support us, even regarding our purchase which was through another agent. Dixons are one of the more expensive options, but in comparison to our experience of other local agencies, they are worth every penny.

29th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)Highly recommend!!! I chose to use Your Move, because I liked the idea of using the 'open house' and 'offers over' method of marketing. I have sold several houses over the years and this was by far the quickest, smoothest and definitely most stress free sale I've made. Total transaction time, 9.5 weeks from the first appraisal with Paul to completion. My property was available with vacant possession and I wanted to be able to hand over the keys and just let the agent do what they were being paid to do. This was certainly the case. My sale was handled by Sadie who is clearly very experienced at what she does. She kept me updated with progress on a weekly basis and all communication with her was clear and concise. Your Move were definitely not the cheapest agent on the High Street and Paul was upfront about this at our first meeting. I did have to take this into consideration obviously. However, all things considered, I definitely made the right decision to appoint Your Move and Sadie did a fabulous job. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

13th May 2026 (11 days ago)I currently rent a home property through G&T and wanted to say that Molly Gregg at the DY5 office has been so helpful and kind. I contacted the office as I needed a supporting letter, Molly sorted this out immediately for me, she was super quick to make changes and helped me make sure I had the correct information. In general, G&T have been helpful and supportive. They allow us to have the house inspections on days that work for us, they were very patient and kind when we had a death in the household and are always quick to respond when requesting information. Thank you so much for your help!

18th May 2026 (6 days ago)I had a very positive experience with the Oakmans Harborne Branch during the attempted sale of my flat. Although the sale didn’t complete for reasons outside their control, the service from the whole team was very positive. Under Alex’s leadership, the team is proactive, well?coordinated, and genuinely easy to communicate with. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and approachable. Tom valued the property and got it on the market quickly. Sophie was always warm and helpful in every interaction. Paul handled viewings efficiently and secured an offer fast. Sue worked incredibly hard with all parties to try to bring the sale to completion. Even though the sale fell through, I’m genuinely grateful for the team’s effort. I would happily recommend Oakmans Harborne team to others.
