I am delighted to hear that my offer was accepted today. The whole team is professional, friendly and efficient. India keeps informing me about properties I may be interested in. Vicky is cheerful and caring to show us one of the properties. Most of the viewing agents are experienced and capable to answer our enquiries immediately. Jake is responsive and keeps me well informed about the solicitors and services I can consider before and after moving. Rebecca also helped a lot in confirming the final completion date. Special thanks to Jonny, who is super helpful, attentive and willing to listen from start to finish. We sold and purchased house with Ashtons Harpenden in early 2024. It's a highly competitive local market and as it was the first time we were both selling and buying a property, entering the process was extremely stressful for our family. Having now completed, I can only say that we feel extremely fortunate to have put our transaction together with Ashtons. Everyone we dealt with at Ashtons were extremely professional but it was the personal approach from Greg and Joe that really made the difference. They were open and honest with us during the process (even when it was difficult news), managed our expectations and I am certain that this fair approach with both buyers and sellers helped us secure the best opportunity possible. Living locally, you hear a lot of rumours about estate agents but I can only say that our experience with Ashtons and Greg and Joe especially was totally the opposite.
