24th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)I rented my property out through Truepenny's and whilst the experience at the beginning to get the contracts drawn up etc. was quite slow and last-minute, throughout the actual management of the tenancy they have been brilliant. I recently had to regain possession of my flat due to a change in my personal circumstances and Myra in particular was incredibly helpful and patient with me during a difficult time, which I thoroughly appreciated. Would definitely recommend Truepenny's for anyone looking to rent out their property in the area!

The process involved some quite complicated paperwork requirements that were difficult to provide, and while I had to manage those hurdles myself to move things forward, Lenka’s speed and clear communication helped keep the transaction on track. I appreciate her efficiency in getting the deal done. Recommended!

11th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)These people are cowboys and cowgirls, highly unprofessional course of dealings with these people. Met with the manager Jay and detailed all of my requirements to him; he wrote everything down and assured me that Isabel would be in touch on Monday. Call and let a message for her as she never called on Monday; wrote her an email to explain the nature of my conversation with Jay, she did reply on Tuesday via email and said she would try to organize something else. She has not been in touch. Eight years on in 2025, they are still horrific. DO NOT USE THEM.

I was a tenant in one of their properties many years ago and now constantly receive emails asking if I want to sell this property despite only being a tenant.

He was always available, returned to the property several times with us, and consistently answered all our questions promptly. Kevin was amazing from the beginning until the end, professional, reliable, and very supportive throughout the process. Highly recommended!

Kurt is very hands on and will not only help you sell your property but will ensure you receive the care you expect. I cannot speak more highly of him and he has become a family friend. If you need to sell or buy a property and need it to be as stress free as possible, give Kurt a call, he will take as much off of your shoulders as he can. I cannot sell his services enough!
