Just about to sign the tenancy on our flat and it is perfect for us! Zak has been more than helpful throughout the process and stayed in touch. Knowledgable and hard working. 15th Mar 2026 (17 days ago)My process was pretty smooth overall. There was only one hiccup, but it was quickly sorted out. As a first-time landlord, I needed all the information and guidance I could get, and the support was really helpful. I’m glad I chose Acorn, especially since there were other options available. What really drew me to them was Damian's straightforward and honest approach, which is something everyone appreciates. As soon as our property was on the market, he had a suitable tenant ready and waiting. The process was so quick. I hope the journey continues just as positively.

20th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)I am disappointed with the communication from the current property manager, Kennedy, as I have had no communication from him. I have been trying to reach him since December. I was advised to send emails, which I did, and I have also called during the week, but he never seems to be available or in the office, I left my details multiple times so Kennedy can contact me, but he keeps ignoring them. On the other hand, Lynsey has been a lifesaver. She is very professional, empathetic, and always does her best to resolve issues. She handled my window problem, which was urgent as it remained open during the coldest months, and also supported with the consequences of that issue, such as mould. It is now the end of March, and I am still trying to contact Kennedy regarding a parking space, which is the only matter Lynsey is unable to assist with. I have a newborn, and parking on my road is extremely difficult, making this situation even more challenging.

Lui was fantastic to work with during our rental search in London. He was very responsive, helpful, and made the whole process much easier than we expected. He kept us informed every step of the way and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend Lui if you’re looking for a rental in London.

Kurt is very hands on and will not only help you sell your property but will ensure you receive the care you expect. I cannot speak more highly of him and he has become a family friend. If you need to sell or buy a property and need it to be as stress free as possible, give Kurt a call, he will take as much off of your shoulders as he can. I cannot sell his services enough!

The team were friendly, professional, and always supportive throughout what turned out to be a challenging process. While it took us some time to find the right property, Aston Rowe stayed persistent and kept everything moving. When we finally found our dream home, they acted quickly to secure us buyers at just the right time. A special mention to Harry, who was always available on the phone and incredibly helpful throughout. Really grateful for their hard work and would definitely recommend.
