Jayne at Astleys was really positive and proactive when we sold our house with them. She was more invested in the property than the two local estate agents and was confident and honest in her pricing, achieving a better price than had been suggested by other companies.
It's fair to say some of the staff are less switched on regarding their own system of booking and confirmation but we would definitely sell with Jayne and Astleys again. This is the second time we have used them and the first house sale was also very successful. Thanks ????

A very friendly and supportive team backed up by some excellent online systems which keep you abreast of developments. I was kept well informed throughout the sale and valued the experience of the team when things went slightly off key. Fees were highly competitive and a special mention must go to Lori and Paula at the Neath office who showed an abundance of patience with me! Would recommend.
