Extremely courteous and professional service from initial viewing through to completion. I felt that all my questions were answered promptly and honestly and Charlotte was quick to address any concerns and offer reassurance. Nothing was too much trouble and I felt confident that my purchase was in excellent hands . I would definitely use Charlotte in the future .

Approached Charlotte when looking to purchase a buy to let, she was great! Took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, budget / bit of a project / location etc. Sent us all the properties that fitted the bill but wasn’t pushy at getting viewings booked or making us feel pressured which was very refreshing. Ended up offering on one but was unfortunately out bidded, but still wanted to submit this review to commend her professionalism and ability to truly understand what we were looking for.

Thank you to the sales team for helping me with buying my first home. You made the process so stress free and easy. Charlotte was excellent at keeping in touch, and keeping me in the loop with my purchase. Will use them again in the future when I eventually upgrade!

My father was a tenant of a property managed by A&W - he passed away back in April and we have had very little communication from Austin & Wyatt on whether his room has been cleared, and we've had no communication on what is happening with his deposit. Emails are often going ignored (even by the branch manager), and I feel this is a really poor way to treat people who are dealing with a very recent and painful bereavement.
